Seems so. And is blocked by my office network, unlike the good old boards.cityofheroes.com

Yeah, I just spent like 20 minutes trying to log in, thinking I got redirected to a phishing site without noticing it, rushing to change my password, then trying to figure out how to reach the actual forums
Firefox wouldn't let me login at all, even coming to the new address. This needs to be addressed so I don't have to use Explorer for this.

Well nearly all the instances of us.ncsoft.com are gone and the account links go to secure.ncsoft.com now instead of plaync.com so that should, knock on wood, fix the account access problems and US/Europe website problems.

Even the error messages throw error messages
Due to someone asking in another thread about this, I did a ping on that address and it resolves to the same IP address as the boards.cityofheroes.com address does.
EDIT: Opening that site in a virtual machine installation takes me to the forums main page.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I guess whatever change they made simply hadn't propagated - all us "Gotta be on NAO!" folks were stressing.
Interestingly enough. boards.coh.com now doesn't allow you to log into the forums, though it does allow you to view it as a guest. Only boards.cityofheroes.com allows you to login as usual.
Was down for maintenance all morning, and now redirects to "coh103.gtm.cityofheroes.com"?
