Quickest Route to Merits thats not TF

Oh damn it, there is a paragon wiki page that has merits, # of missions, type of missions all in a handy chart. . . and I am not anywhere near my bookmarks 
Hopefully someone else has that link handy.
I'd appreciate it...Im struggling to find it in there

Note that the section on zone events on that page is out of date. The new Halloween and Winter events also have merit opportunities (look up the 2009 versions on the wiki), mostly in the form of giant monsters (if I recall correctly).

The Mender Laz solo TF in Oro can be done in 20-30 min solo at lowest diff settings. That works out to 20 to 30 merits an hour for little difficulty and you get to stomp all those Nazi's into the dirt at the end of the 3rd mission.

Citadel can be crushed in 1.5 hours for 40? merits as well. You'll need a lot of damage though... there's a bunch of kill-alls. I've done it in just under an hour with a team of 6 scrappers using a divide and conquer approach splitting up into 2 man groups and each taking an area of the map.
For arcs Unai's arc gives quite a lot of merits, 40 some odd if memory serves. It's fairly long, but it can be solo'd. You could also Oro the old Positron TF, it's a BUNCH of merits but very long... there's no AV so it should be solo able.

Also, locate all 8 of the exploration badges in each of the non hazard, non PvP zones for 5 merits each zone.
Can only do that once per character though.

Solo? Do Neal Kendrick's Freakshow arcs. There's some travel involved, but you can do it at your own pace through Ouro. Also through Ouro is Old Posi, worth 40 merits. And there's plenty of arcs mentioned via that link posted above that are easy to solo for merits. My level 33 blaster has 800+ merits at the moment, by doing arcs and occasional TFs.

By design, the merit system is designed to yield a certain number of merits per hour. The number of merits an arc or TF give is based on how quickly (and with how much effort) the task can be completed. The devs crunch data periodically to see which arcs are taken more (or less) time to complete than they anticipated and adjust the number of merits accordingly. ( By the way all you speed demons out there, this is why speed running may not be in your best interest. if players find some new, much faster, method for rushing through TFs/Arcs, the merit rewards will be reduced).

The PI Story Arc Stuff grant more Merits, about 30 or more, which isn't to bad, Think the Rikti Warzone ones can grant at lease 10-14 Merits which can be farm over and over.
Getting all the exploration Badges in all zones will grant you 5 merits per zone and Giant Monster will grant 2 merits
Also Hamidon Raid will give you acess to what 45 or something merits, I forgot the number of merits but it's not to bad.

Which arc is fastest depends on what you're best at. There's a 2 merit "kill all" level 8 mission, if you are good at killing all at low levels. There's a short arc with a bunch of stealthables, I don't remember which one right now, if you're good at superspeeding around. I experimented with a 2-person "redeem Alexander" (lots of running around and heading back to Alexander, leave one person at Alexander); it didn't go all that fast but it might get faster with experience.
Play around with a bunch of different things, see what you like and mix it up a little.
