Can't login at all

If you are logged in, I'd suggest stayin' logged in.

Thing is, most of our usual rednames are the people who work at Paragon, and don't really have much to do with the servers.
However, digging up from the whois database, I get:
OrgNOCHandle: NOC1662-ARIN
OrgNOCName: NOC
OrgNOCPhone: +1-512-623-8600
OrgNOCEmail: noc@ncsoft.com
OrgNOCRef: http://whois.arin.net/rest/poc/NOC1662-ARIN
That's the email and phone number of the NOC, or Network Operations Center for NCSoft. These are the guys who actually run the servers and the networks.

so what do we do? email the techgeeks and poke at them? XD
I can verify that "if you get on, stay on". I was able to log on to Liberty, but after I logged out I´m getting the "Unable to connect..." again.
has anyone heard from any new info or are we gonna get a dev response? This isn't ok. I can't log in like he rest of you, first it's all grey servers, then it won't connect to the login server at all and this, from the looks of it, has been going on for way too long and I paid for a whole year, why hasn't there been a rushed fix patch? My friend in Canada can log in, but not me, is this just a states thing?

The only thing I've heard is that support suggests to "keep trying" and "try rebooting the game or your computer". And it doesn't appear to be regional, simply random. Some people can login just fine (like my roommate and the friend that just hopped on vent) while others can't, no matter where they are. I saw Synapse was on earlier, but I'm not sure he was on to find out whats going on.

so glad we pay for this.
Just keep trying. That's about the only thing that is working. Rebooting doesn't do any good for this. Too many people are having this for it to be our computers (I tried my laptop too and it was doing the same thing.)

EDIT: The US servers are working fine for me now.

I cannot go past the patcher, the only option I got is quit! Ah it just came up!
crap, hearing reports servers are getting greyed out again...including some just previously up briefly..... >.< sooo not switching for now...
