Can't login at all

My wife is able to log inon her computer, but me and my son are unable to on ours. We all have the same internet connection. Restarted everything still unable.

try verifying files. that seems to have helped quite a few people out. please search first rather then starting multiple threads about the same thing. you guys also might want to try reseting your modem and routers.

Having the same trouble here.

I was on this morning. No problem. Tried about two hours ago, and still can't get in.

I tried Verifying files. No good.

I was able to get to the login screen, but then the game hangs for almost five minutes when I try to enter. After that, I get a message about Firewall issues or the login server not being up. It tells me to check the status of the game servers, but they check as "Up".

Note that I have tried several times without success.

I have filed a Support Ticket, but have no response in over an hour. This problem must be widespread, or very hard to solve.

I am in the same boat, been trying for an hour to get back in after changing characters, very bothersome.

getting the same problem too. when switching i get that firewall error, which isnt the case at all....and after trying many many times it will eventually finally go through....kinda silly

after a switch fail....i finally just got through to find all servers greyed out...rebooted coh...servers still greyed out...great

update...cycling between login rejecting me and getting in to see greyed out servers. -_-

Same for me. Other pcs in the house working fine on wireless or wired, running different games or Internet.

Guess there is something going on. I am in the eastern USA (Maybe it only affects certain areas).

I can't login either. The one time I got through the login screen, all the servers appeared disabled.

I´m having the same issue. I was logging in on different alts to change day job locations, and everytime I logged out I had to keep trying for about 5 minutes before it let me in. I was starting to think they implemented a cool down time between logins or something. Now I just see all servers as gray.

Oh, can get past the login screen now, but I'm in the same boat as some others among you in that all the servers are showing as being down.

don't think it matters where we live...CoX is just havin PMS again it seems D= and its so upsetting to rarely ever get any red name response on whats being done/goin on/that it's acknowledged >.< i want to play the game i enjoy so much!!!

EDIT: And now all are back to grey again.

Same issue, though when I log in to server selection Freedom is just now available with one green - might have been an all-servers restart. If so, the rest should be up in a few mins.

All greyed out for me too but freedom. Logged in to freedom and talked to my friends that are all still able to play on virtue and guardian. Not sure why I can't get on when they are playing without issue.

Update: Kept trying and each try would give me different servers as being up. After several trys I was able to get the server I wanted.

And all are grey again....sigh.

Another little update. Was finally able to log into Guardian. Every server on my list was online except for Freedom.

Well, I think its safe to say its not my PC thats causing the problem. :P Worst part about all this is that its the weekend, damn near impossible to get ahold of anyone Sat-Sun. Oh well, looks like I'll be able to get some actual important stuff done this weekend. :P
