loyalty program download question

Now since there's no discussion topic, I thought I'd asked here.

Is there a way to avoid having to download 3.7 gigabytes of stuff which would probably take me 10 hours or more and not just copy/paste stuff like I did to access test?

Depends if your using your EU or US account, Doc. Or the client.
As far as I knew, the EU test was occupying our only trest server, so the answer there would probably be a no.

US side? Not a clue.

My question is simple. . . What do I do after the download?

I am at a loss and it has nothing to do with my back pain meds. . . No really it doesnt.

It's a zip file, just keep clicking on it till it opens a new window, in that new window you'll see a link that says extract these files.

Once you extract the files you need to find Setup.exe and run it. That will install the CohBeta on your computer. After it installs you should try to login. There's a patch and a checksum that need to be done before you can login tomorrow.

If you run through this whole process without deleting anything it's going to eat up almost 10 gigs of disk space. Zip file, the unzipped contents of the zip file, and new installation. For most people disk space isn't a problem. Just a little forewarning for those who might have that problem.

Question is... Is this a completely different install/game configuration than what the *current* test server is? I have the Test Server folder on my computer already, but there is a difference between the Test Server and the "Closed Beta" Test Server. Therefore, does one need to install this new zip file in order to properly access the right server for closed beta testing, or is a current install/updated version of an already installed Test Server folder good enough?

Yikes. I seriously hope the real download/update isn't so slow. Mh, if it is I will just got out and buy a disk version
