Gold lvl 30-35 but i think it will drop at the max lvl of your toon or the max lvl for that recipe. If you want that specific lvl you will need to use merit's or a toon at that lvl.

You want the Random Level 30-34 Gold Class Invention Recipe option. But if your toon is above L30, you're in for a bit of trouble, as I believe it will automatically grant you L34 ones.

The above posts are correct that it is Gold you wish to roll under. But the level of the IO you recieve will always be your level or the highest level the IO set runs to. Whichever is lower.
So if you are level 50 and do this you will get a level 50 Numina's. If you did the same and got the Miracle unquie it would be level 40.
When you are rolling in the different level ranges what that opens up is WHICH different sets are possible to be looked at for your roll. So if you are doing level 30-34, that is almost all of the different sets because almost any set crosses that range (I think there are only a few that do not reach 30 and all of the high en sets start at 20/25/30).

Well, I just thought of something. (I know, I know ... now you smell smoke) Since the Numina +Regen/Recov is a global bonus, won't it still work if I get a lvl 50 and exemp down anyway?

Bronze for the A/D, D/E and +KB.
Silver for the D/R, D/E and +KB.
I would recommend rolling Bronze (I always recommend Bronze) and selling what you don't need for INF. Take that INF and buy the pricey D/E/R. Of course, the D/E is pricey also, so you could do the same for both recipes.
Other option: Perform merit-rewarded activities and random roll in the 35-39 range or buy a D/E/R directly for 200 merits (vs. 10 random rolls for the same 200 merits, as a comparative example). Like I mentioned above, I'd go with the 10 randoms...take the INF after sales and buy the pricey D/E/R.

Ahh my mistake. I always get procs and globals mixed up. I'm not that smart in the wqay of IO's and sets and stuff. Every time I try to read up on them I get all confuzzled. Thanks for all the info in this thread guys!
