Okay now I can just about remember when leaving the tutorial section of
the game and heading to either Galaxy or Atlas that back Street/Ms
Liberty says after a certain level you no longer get to choose any skills
from your skill sets but is that level 30 or 40 I can't remember and since I
am now level 28 I want to know if I have more skills I can choose or only
one more option choose wise left.

If only one left then I'll have to latter on do one of those (forgot the
name) mission that allow you to reselect what powers you choose.

Not quite; after level 32 you only get to select a new power every THREE levels instead of every two; on the other hand, you get three enhancement slots for every level in-between.

You get to choose new powers every even level up to level 32, then it goes to every three levels. You get two slots on every odd level from level 3-29, then three slots each level you don't get a power.

WOW that mean then I can still get the Stamina, Health and Assualt
(first one form Leadership) as well finesh of collecting the last Will power
skills and the Tier Nine Dark Melee Skil and maybe teleport or amp up my
flying speed that rocks! Tahnk You!

Wow that's made my day that has ^_^

If that's all it takes to make your day I have a nice shiny piece of string you may be interested in. But welcome back to the game!

It sounds like you're not using a build planner... I would recommend going to cohtitan.net and getting Mid's Hero Designer.

Among other things, you'll be able to see when you'll be able to get what powers, and how many slots to throw at them.

As an aside, after level 28, there are only 8 more powers you can pick: 30, 32, 35, 38, 41 (when Ancillary/Epic Patron Power Pools become available), 44, 47, and 49.

Good luck!

So now come the time to be carefuly upon what skills I select.

I see, can I do Respec mission and not use the respec untill latter that
way aquire mor ethan one or do I have to use them stright away on
compleation of the mission.

Was Thinking I could scrap Hover from Flight Power Pool, but keep Fly.

Yanno, Respecs are given away like candy in this game - vet rewards, a Freespec every issue. Plus you can do a respec mish pretty much whenever you like. Or, worst comes to worst, you can buy a Respec recipe. So, yeah, you can wait until later to use it, but why?

Also, if you're gonna keep Fly, then you need to either keep Hover or choose Air Superiority instead - the Fly power needs one of those as a pre-requisite. (Unless you've got the vet reward that lets you pick Travel power without the necessary pre-requisites. But if you had that, then you'd also have about a million respecs as vet rewards as well, so I'm thinking you probably don't )

Only thing I'd say about respeccing is, first, you have a second build you can use, but the enhancements you've slotted in the first can't move to it. And second, get Stamina at 20. If you do Positron TF and don't have it, well, actually, you've survived to 28 without it. So, maybe, nevermind.

If he's a new player, he won't have any freespecs or vetspecs. They're not given away like candy for everyone.

If you run a respec trial, you don't have to use it right away, but you can only hold so many at once, and you can only do the trial once for the respec reward at each level of it (24, 34, 44).

Just entering my second Month and at level 28, my Tank Piffit is my first
and main character, have a second and third, a Blaster and a Brute but I
there more like pet projects really most my time is on my tank.

But I do want Stamina and Health very much only somuch Quick Recover
and some of the other Will-Power Powers can do!

Sounds like you just missed the I17 freespec, unfortunately.

However, Quick Recovery and Fast Healing provide bigger regen and recovery bonuses than Health and Stamina, and since most players chug along just fine with just Health and Stamina, you shouldn't be having a huge problem with endurance at this point. Not saying you shouldn't get them, but that waiting until late shouldn't be too big a hardship.

I noticed that you posted your build in the Tanker forum, and that's a good start, because if you are having issues with endurance they can probably be solved with better slotting, at least until you level to the point where you can get Stamina.

Thanks Finduilas and aye I am I go through so much Endurance it's scary I
have to slow my chains down to save from my toggles deactervating from
lack of endurance, when that happens I face plant big time T_T

Youd be supprised or probably not by the amount of Re-Breath I have to
go through to keep my Endurancebar up while fighting mobs @_@

"Question?"

Sorry, the thread title made me flash back to Peter Graves (or was it Lloyd Bridges?).

Carry on....

From what I've seen of your build in the tanker forum, your attacks are very underslotted. Which means they a) use full endurance, b) miss often and still use full endurance, and c) do relatively little damage so you have to attack more often.

Getting your attacks slotted properly, for instance, 1 SO accuracy, 1 SO end reduction, and 3 SOs damage will make a huge difference.

Problem I fear is slot's you only get so many or so the Character Builder
has shown me which mean I have to be careful how many I use with out
depriving my defencive Powers.

But aye I see what you mean, I do miss so often with The Shadow Mual
and Arial Superiority WHich I often use in tandom, heh actualy it's a
combo I guess has become Piffit's signature move.
(Dark Mual Followed stright away with Arial Superiorty)

I find it to be quite effective in help keep my Bad Guy's pinned down!

Oh a Willpower/Dark build. My Tanker is that and I can handle alot of damage even with out them fully 6 slotted. Thought I also have a few IOs already installed.

Instead of flight I used superjump with the Combat Jumping power added in when in action.

Edit: It neither Graves, nor Bridges (nor Nielsen as I thought). It was a little kid (Oliver Robins) talking to Robert Hayes.
