Also can we chage the color of hilt with the secendary color for the Vanguard BS and Katana?

Yep. My shield/axe tank has his all-Vanguard costume set, a tech-looking set, a magic-looking set.

I have a running theory that at least half of the BS/SD players out there put up with the endurance problems because the combo allows the maximum amount of shiny dressup.
