Ever since I can remember, if you had stuff stored on the market (not sold or for sale, but just sitting there), then you didn't get the login message telling you that "you have x bought and y sold items" on the market.

As of today, that's no longer the case. All my characters are getting the message every time they log in. It's rather refreshing.

(On live, I always have at least 1-2 slots storing something on all my higher-level characters. On test, I never have anything stored, because there's not much reason to, so I never noticed it there.)

I think I'll keep the patch notes for this patch locked away for the next time that I hear that the devs never fix anything.

Also noticed no longer getting stuck on entry to cimerora, Phew

Too many 50's to list here's a few you may know.

That's a really old bug? I wouldn't even call it old.

So far I've noticed that today's patch turns shadows "on" if you had them disabled. Confirmed on two accounts so far. Anyone else ?

It shifted my shadow setting from spot shadows to low-quality shadow maps. Just as performance-breaking for my computer as I remember, so I changed it right back.

Having Vengeance and Fallout slotted for recharge means never having to say you're sorry.

This was bugged? I always got that message even before the patch. Possibly not after the new Market interface was introduced, but if that's what you mean, this doesn't qualify as "old" in the slightest.

and here I thought they'd fixed the missing tile in one of the sewer entrance maps that I got tired of reporting.

What the bug was actually began with the markets three years ago.

Some of you may recall seeing "aucresloginupdate" in an error message back then which we concluded was a script or query to see what your market results were.

That went away a month or two after Issue 9 and it resulted in you would only get the market result message upon login if you weren't buying/selling too many things.

So if you were selling bulk items like salvage you wouldn't get the notification upon login (or at least I never would) or if I sold many enhancements (typically more than 5) since my last login.

total kick to the gut

This is like having Ra's Al Ghul show up at your birthday party.

It's not. It was bugged. I could have a dozen items for sale, bidding, stored - it didn't make a difference. I would get the notification SOME OF THE TIME.
