As for the OP, I wouldn't be citing that as an example of a good quality kids show. If you'd gone with The Fraggles or Sesame Street I'd be in full agreement.

Never heard that show The Fraggles to be honest Shows i watched when i was young were

Red Dwarf [just bought series 8! Yes the one with a giant dinosaur in!]
Dinosaurs
The original power rangers [before it just got stupid]
Crystal Maze
This virtual reality dungeon and dragon tv show which made you look like the contestants were actually there and had to be guided by voices [cant remember the name]

Oh come on, Thunder Cats and He-Man were EPIC, then once they finished I cried...until I saw Power Rangers, to a 7 year old Power Rangers was just plain awesome.

Oh and Trap Door.

As long as it's European it's on-topic in here, no need for even spurious links to the game!

Anyone old enough to remember Children Of The Stones? Creeped the hell out of me, when I was like 6 or whatever.

Also the original Tomorrow People. I'm on my iPhone so I can't link to the awesome opening theme sequence with the 'zooming into the eyeball hand' bit right now, but I will when I get home if no-one else has by then.

And The Adventure Game rocked too

MArcs:

The Echo, Arc ID 1688 (5mish, easy, drama)
The Audition, Arc ID 221240 (6 mish, complex mech, comedy)
Storming Citadel, Arc ID 379488 (lowbie, 1mish, 10-min timed)

Wow, reading Wikipedia it turns out Knightmare was part inspired by one of my favourite ever Speccy games, Atic Atac!

Here you go.

And let's not forget

And, of course

Last, but by no means least

Now, these are real kids shows!

However, it turned out that Smith was not a time-travelling Terminator

If your mouse has greater processing power than your gfx card, the answer is yes.

Well thank you, now I can´t get that song out of my head...it will probably be stuck there for the next couple of days.

Dance your cares away,
worries for another day.
Let the music play,
down at Fraggle Rock.

Huzzah!! My work here is done.

Although if it's any consolation I've got the theme tune for Trapdoor going through my head (damn you Landrig!)

When I was a kid there was much more teen and children programs on TV than nowadays... I still remember the Saturday morning watching either Ulysses 31, anime series like Mazinger Z, or some series from BRB International like "Willy Fog", "D'Artacan and the 3 Muskethounds", or "The Gnomes":

Wait a minute... Did he say he can't remember Fraggle Rock? That programme was one of my favourites as a child. I also loved Danger Mouse, Batfink, Hong Kong Phooey, and all those crazy cartoons.
