Limiting Sharks when more than 2-3 stalkers are on the team makes much more sense if you have to have a limit. Penalizing the entire league over bad shrakers is retarded.

I feel like you are arguing facts that you have made up in your head from the lack of watching matches. Removing stalker cap is not going to create diversity.

I'm not taking a side, but I'm going to throw this out there since some people seem to have a misconception:
Sharks are not an issue because of bad stalkers who are unable to AS. It has NOTHING to do AT ALL with that. Our stalkers can out-stalk any others in the league (I know like 3 fat kids who are going to get angry right now), and we occasionally ran teams centric around sharking. We aren't the only team to do it either, SMD used the Shrak-spike-jump-team to stunning effectiveness.
In these cases, sharking isn't something you do because you are too bad to AS, it's something you do because you plan on it, and because you know that two sharks through an EF deal 1300+ damage.

and EF 2 sharks is 1400+ dot damage vs blasters with frozen armor.

Hopefully the pointless flamewar stops soon... but throwing some more out there: Lifting or Raising a stalker cap would do nothing to diversify lineups. Lineups would be DIFFERENT from what they are now, but not necessarily diverse.

I'm not sure this is a valid argument as line-ups seem so static these days that people are getting lazier and just bringing "what works" with some notable exceptions. Of course, we get back to the old ladder disputes about whether line-ups should be static anyway, with everyone running their 4 Psi/Em 2 Stalker 2 Emp line-ups or whatever is most efficient at the time. Not sure if that's useful as there is little enough diversity as is.

The whole point of the way the arena is set up now is to give players the options to changes things to their liking. I've never seen a fat kid rage so much on not having a stalker cap. You remind me of the fat kid in the first Transformers movie who was running with his video camera yelling out "this is awesome" in respect to having no stalker cap.
