I will be MIA Thursday 07/08 - Saturday 07/10 due to work and returning Sunday 07/11.
Ok guys I have a proposal. Being as this is a Captains Run League and we are about to meet Summer head on Several of our teams have run into a situation where it would be advantageous to bump up the roster size..(not Team size) to 5 global players which will afford every team 1 bench. If we increase team size to 5v5 to match roster size we will experience the same issue as we are currently in the 4v4. However for example in our situation. Our entire area was without net (travesty for sure) so Iwas out for a week Plus. Had we used a 5 man roster the fight could have still commenced. This week as well Pierce is on vacation until Sunday and Ace will be on vacation effective Saturday so due to a 4 man roster we cannot schedule any fights. The same thing affected FaceGrape. So my proposal is just this: Continue on with the 4v4 but increase Roster Size to 5 global players with all of the same rules in effect. This will also lend itself to different team makeups, and the Captains / Co- Captains can worry about the overall team set ups.

pinnacle pvp associated press - since the vote to increase roster size to 5, some teams have capitalize to shore up on their roster. First to go was @death nymph signing an undisclosed contract with kara and the hardpunchers. He is well known for his stalker skills. He usually has the tendency to break away from team strategy at times, but he is good at what he does. If he manages to buckle down and follow through with "team first" mentality, kara and the hardpunchers looks to secure the number 1 rank in pinnacle for months to come. Terms of the contract were not disclosed. Another player that are quick to be snatched up is @hairband rocker. He is known to be pretty well talented in melee combat. However, still rough around the edges, he has the potential to "rock" the pvp scene. Omega run n shoot was quick to snatch him up from free agency, and to their arsenal, they've just added a good blaster/tank combo for their lineups. He will be a very good addition to the team. The team has stated @hairband rocker was signed to a multi month deal worth up to 3 miracle +recovery, 1 numina +regen+recov, and a trap of the hunter chance for lethal damage. /////rumor mill///// with the addition of a 5th roster spot, rumors are swirling that the sg ,omega factor, is going to be fielding a 2nd team. Names linked to the formation of the team are @doctor miracle and @jade forest. Doc is not well known on the pvp circuit, but proves to show that he is an asset and be a force to be reckoned with. Jade is pretty well known on the pvp scene. She's a good player with a variety of toons to add to any type of team lineup. It'll be interesting to see when this team is formed and join the ladder. @zuana was contacted but did not return our call as of yet. Rumor has it that the team is offering @doctor miracle a multi month deal worth 2 microfilaments and a touch of death chance for negative energy damage. @jade forest is rumored to have been offered a deal worth 2 miracle +recov, 2 numina +recov+regen, and 3 ribosomes. Further detail undisclosed. |
