Also, this is why a RULE IS ADDED by MAJORITY Captains vote. One challenge at a time instead of calling every team out. It's hard enough as it is to keep up with who is fighting who. Rankings are always updated, so there shouldn't be a stall in challenges at all.

2. Dark Omega (FaceGrape) responded by asking if 9pm Wednesday 06/30/2010 was ok.(No confirmation from Freakinasty hopefully this didn't occur through other communication methods not tracked)
3. Updated on the Warpus situation (condolences) Facegrape requested our availability for this weekend.
4. Facegrape proceeds forward with the assumption that 9pm was confirmed (again hopefully all communication was through boards)
5. Freakinasty updates on situation with scheduling issues.
Conclusions
1st Match(06/30/2010) was never truly confirmed. Partially due to assumptions in scheduling, partially due to lack of communication from Freakinasty.
2nd Match (07/01/2010) Unconfirmed by FaceGrape and should NOT count towards the reschedule
Personally. I'm chalking this one up to RL crap on both sides, but this does present a hole in the communication process. Regardless of what the captains decide, I would recommend that a simplistic format be decided on perhaps:

RL crap happens(and often) and keeping the lines of communication open will help to avoid these misunderstandings in the future.
I will also try to aid rodent a bit more with these items. This is his First PvP event and first PvP team, so was pretty much letting him take lead. However if no one is hearing news from freakinasty feel free to look me up in game as well to help out.
As Facegrape is not available tonight we will probably take this opportunity t deal with the challenge to Team TWSS. We have discussed this option on vent and if that match occurs a member of TWSS will post on the boards to confirm.

Again......we're gonna go back to ONE CHALLENGE AT A TIME.
ALL PAST CHALLENGES ARE NULL AND VOIDED except the following:
Facegrape vs. RunNShoot which has already been decided
Freakinasty vs. Facegrape (Which will result in AN ACTUAL RESCHEDULE or FORFEIT)
I ask all teams for future actions to PLEASE keep challenges to a minimum of 1 per team. We are all relaxed here but we need to prevent confusion like this from happening again. Again, rankings are updated constantly. There is no reason for FIGHTS NOT TO HAPPEN.
Any and all challenges that were made with whoever and whatever are officially voided except for the two that I just stated.
So if you challenged someone....challenge them again as a FRESH challenge. None of the cluster crap that just happened. ONE TEAM AT A TIME.
