There's an old bug that does that. Usually it's fixed by logging off and then logging back in.
Yeah, it's just a display error (that the game responds to). You actually have your prestige, the game just needs to be ... nudged gently.

Besides the display error, the other possibility is if a member of your supergroup left and made you lose their bonus prestige, resulting in a negative number... but I guess if that were the case, you'd be a lot more negative than that. I go with the above. lol
Ah, didn't think of someone leaving, I deleted a character that was in the SG... dangit, now I need to come up with another 15000 or so prestige to get the teleporter working again.

Ok I'm confused. Do you need the 15k to buy a power/control source? Because a drop in prestige shouldn't cause a TP to stop working unless the base shuts down from not paying rent and your in the negative.

Transfer 8 million inf to the SG leader (or another character with both base edit and base upkeep rights) and buy 16K prestige. Yeah, it sucks.
Or get someone to help invite another of your alts to the group.
