Thanks very much. At least the major work (the Manuscript) is almost completed after 2 years. The funding component will take place over about a year with the various Government applications.

In the meantime I'm given NaNo (novel in a month) a crack this year.

The sequentials are great, the story is very clear! And this last piece is awesome too.

Good luck, fello Nanoer!

Thanks. That was the trickiest part to get the story clear as I was working with artists where English was a second language. That and the entire Project is part of my academic submission for credit towards a Diploma in Creative Writing. You can find the five page outline here.

Elton Dias is currently working on the inks and Danielle Alexis will be coloring.

I've taken a break from my Comrade Hero Project, I finished getting the Application and submission material off to Creative New Zealand, and after the New Year will be applying to WorkBridge, Work and Income and New Zealand on Air for funding. Nothing is guaranteed of course, but it will be interesting to see how far I can run with the idea.

Something completely different... and a little more light hearted.

Comrade Hero gets ambushed by that maiden of might, Power Girl!

Hmm - it looks like he has lost that battle.
But nice anyway.

If that's losing then I'm guessing winning wouldn't be allowed to be shown on the boards!

I think in this scenario "winning" is just synonymous with being on top. Of course if PG was a vampire that'd definately be winning...

Roxy On DA...Finally!

I think the look on his face and the "boob grabbing" hand claws is priceless... "....did not.... expect.... must resist... grabbing...!!"

Comrade has been glomped, looks like. ;P

Or maybe she just started that battle...

With Marvel doing all the vampire alt covers lately, perhaps DC will come out with a gender-swap alt cover set?

Of course most Invulnerability Tankers have a glaring hole in their defenses when it comes to Psychic attacks, and I guess this counts as one!

Glomped, hugged and smooched. And I blame it on Super Speed. He never stood a chance...

Getting Adam to do Comrade Hero and Graviton Girl was good timing as he was raising funds for a Comic Con. And David continues to go from strength to strength with his coloring

I got that impression as well when I saw the first version of Comrade Hero and Graviton Girl - both heroes look lethal and determined. Not the type to trade witty barbs and insults with their opponents.

Lovely piece. I particularly like the arm spikes

Thanks! The arm spikes are part of Albtraum's anatomy, much like her pointy ears.

Kudos to all those wonderful artists out there with the time, patience and willingness to accept commissions of fanart and original art.

A lot of the newer pieces are actually older pieces that have been inked and or colored - I'm only now just catching up on them
