Just glancing at that build I'd say it will set you back at least 5-6 billion inf. If you're starting with 200 million, you have a long ways to go.

It looks like a "sky's the limit" build to me. A lot of expensive stuff for very little real gain from some of it.

My suggestion is to start with a more focused build that will be a lot cheaper. It won't have the same level of performance but if you go with the biggest bang for your buck you can still get very good results for a lot less. That will give you something to get you started and you can shoot for the moon once you have the loot rolling in.

Do you have enough actual attacks in that build? It looks like a farming build or something. Actually it looks like a pre-Psi changes farming build which relies too much on Psi Shockwave, which has since been balanced downwards in favour of Psi Scream and Telekinetic Thrust.

Well he did name the character "PL meh Farmer". And in the original post he did say his intended use was soloing/farming.

Top two I can think of are pull psionic lance for Psychic Scream, and replace the two generics and the damage/slow in hot feet with damage/end or triple set IOs. Damage proccs are always cool too.

But yes this will be many billions. The absolute amazements run from 60m to 90m each, you have about 350m worth total there. And the other purples are in the 200m to 500m range, you have 15 of those, so at least 4 billion. Luck of the gambler runs anywhere from 150m to 300m and you have 5, so that's another 1 to 1.5 billion. The Posis will cost you about 100m each set. I'm roughly guessing this will require anywhere from 6 to 8 billion to put together.

Wheres the high defense in that build the op mentioned he wanted?? If the op wants high defense he is gonna have to take the scorpion patron powers.
That is one crazy expensive build. The Op is going to have to roll and IO out a farming brute to get the infamy he is going to need.

Yeah, that build doesn't have enough AoE damage for a "farming build." Can't rely just on PSW anymore, you'll be waiting on PSW and Ball Lightning to recharge way too much. Definitely switch in Psi Scream somewhere in there.

Other than that, it seems like you underslotted some powers, namely Char and overslotted others. I would also switch out the Apocs out of Psi Dart so you can slot Ragnarok's in Ball Lightning for better enhancement values.

That's a really expensive build. Alot of enfamy to sink into a character . I'd spend the cash on a brute and make the dom later as a fluff character with proceeds from the brutes farms. Will save you alot of time,Op.

lol, wow ty u all for the replies, but a bill inf is a crazy amont, when i am ready to build it up though i will take what u all said into consideration. for now i will just use my fierymelee/stone brute and c if i can work up the inf 4 this build.

I'd like to point out that for 4-6 billion you can have +6 very awesome toons or one stuplidly mega awesome soon.

Here is a strategy that works great for me: You have two builds. Get one to use cheap but good sets. Smashing Haymaker instead of Kinetic Combat. Multistrike and Scirrocco's Dervish instead of Obliteration. Ruin and Maelstrom's Fury instead of Thunderstrike and Devastation. You'll be powerful and competent, but not godlike. You will, however be perfectly capable of farming very effectively. Call this build A. Have your second build setup to hold the IOs from your multi-billion plan. Call this Build B. Play using Build A, but slowly fill in Build B as the drops show up and as you get things on the market. Once Build B is 80% finished it should be playable and better than Build A. Then Switch over. Use Build A for exemplaring and lower-level taskforces.

I do this on all my characters and it works really, really well. It is dirt cheap and gives you a goal to work toward. And you really have your cake and get to eat it too.

I do wish to also note, you could try building the character, levelling them to 50, then when going rogue hits, take them blueside and try and use the (comparatively) stronger market there to IO them out.
