But a little background..Mellie is an alien passing as human while she tries to repair/recreate her dimensional space/time ship after it wrecked on Earth. To this end, she's started a company specializing in reverseengineering Rikti and other alien technologies...although she finds herself having to save the city/earth from time to time...while having a little bit of fun as well.
