Thanks My Guardian Family/Friends.....
If anything ever deserved a "Gratz!" it's this. So, gratz, and way to go!

Congrats Noire! And good luck, I know how hard it can be to get rid of the last of it, hehe.

Big congrats to ya, Missy N! That's some awesome progress you've made -- I have no doubts you'll reach your goal.
Back in '04, I got fed up with the extra weight I'd been carrying around for over 10 years, and started exercising, eating several small portions of healthier food each day (instead of 2 or 3 big meals (of questionable nutritional value)), and cut out the sodas and junk food. The whole process was more successful than I'd initially hoped, and I maintained my new, lower weight level (~150 lbs) for a few years.
Unfortunately, I fell off the wagon in the last couple of years, and with a return to little to no exercise and with a failure to pull back on an appetite that had been increased by my previously-higher metabolism, I put about half of the weight back on. I didn't get back to my early-2004 weight level of 194 lbs, but in early 2010 I was at 174.8 lbs.
Since mid-February, I've tried to reinstate most of my previous dietary guidelines, and started exercising again by using the first 7 workout videos in the P90X series. I hopped on the scale March 4th to find I'd lost 4.6 lbs over a period of about 3 weeks. If I can maintain a steady loss rate of about 1.5 lbs per week, I'm hopeful that I might be able to get back down to 150 lbs by the first week of June (just in time to ask for new trousers for m'birthday).
Big congrats again to Mistress Noire on her phenomenal progress, and a full measure of attaboys and keepitups to all the other Guardianites trying to get into better shape.

Thanks Everyone!!!
LOL Chris you make me laugh!
Well I seen this recipe on the doctors tv show last night and yes Black beans instead of flour !
Brownies (Only about 57cals each!)
Ingredients:
• Nonstick cooking spray
• 1 ½ cups canned black beans, rinsed and drained
• ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tablespoon espresso powder
• ¾ cup egg substitute
• 2 tablespoons low-calorie sugar-free chocolate syrup, such as Walden Farms
• 2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream, such as Breakstone's
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
• 24 packets Truvia (84 g) or 8 tablespoons granulated Splenda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8x8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Combine the beans, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and egg substitute in the bowl of a food processor. Process until the mixture is smooth, about 2 minutes, scraping down the bowl halfway through.
3. Add the chocolate syrup, sour cream, butter, Truvia, and vanilla. Process until all of the ingredients are combined, about 1 minute.
4. Pout the batter into the prepared baking dish, and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 28 to 30 minutes, turning the dish halfway through the baking time. A toothpick inserted in the center will come out with soft batter clinging to it.
5. Let the brownies cool completely in the baking dish on a wire rack. Then cut into 12 squares and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
