Patrol Hours for first 50

Luckily at about 48(only a few days before I finally hit 50) I told someone on another game my patrol hours were 793 hours on that character, I hit 50 in September and my first screeny wasn't till this February.

So unless there another way to prove it besides taking a screeny of my now right over 900 hours and proving that between and my vacation and un-subbed time since I hit 50 that I couldn't have logged much more then 100 hours I have no way to prove it.


My 2nd highest char is at only like 28 hours and is like 38, the main reason my main had taken that long to 50 is he was my 1st time for everything toon and also a few other things, like my horrid load time, and spending 22-28 in perma-debt and have made about 12 chars that are 20+ and a over a hundred that I have made and later deleted.



so has anyone else taken anywhere near that long to get to 50?

My first 50 took 383 hours, but I've read reports of upwards of 1,000 before. 793 hours is quite feasible, assuming you solo, sit idle, or exemplared pre-SSK a majority of the time.

Catwhoorg took about 650 IIRC.

Most of it as a duo with my wife. Then basically permadebt from 45-50 due to attending Hami raids before 50 (silly kitty)

793 is certainly feasible for a first 50, even these days.

I don't PL/farm any of my characters and I sit idle alot, so I feel like my numbers should be quite high... but they are not quite that high for pre-50. Then again, when I actually do play, it's usually on full teams for TFs, so that probably makes up for the difference.

My upcoming Warshade that I've had for 2 years now is only up to 137 at lvl 42.
My lvl 50 Stalker that I never use is currently at only 208.
My lvl 50 Widow is at 152.
My lvl 50 Fire/Kin Controller that I duo'd to 50 is only at 485.
My lvl 50 Emp/Rad Defender that I also started as a duo is at 408.

My badge characters and their clocks:
Master Blade - lvl 50 Kat/Regen Scrap - 679 badges - 3110 hours (afk'd Empath and Immortal at their old requirements)
Teal Tabby - lvl 50 Inv/Axe Tank - 646 badges - 1189 hours
Robin Rogue - lvl 50 Dark/Kin Corr - 567 badges - 770 hours

I didn't sit idle much but being a pain for people to wait for and kat/regen not being a toon that is usually needed on teams I sent most of my time soloing up by street sweeping, most of my teaming was long special missions like FF or zone events.


I am just really starting badge hunting. For damage badge on kat/regen am at 37.4mil points and have never tried farming for a badge before, bet regens are one of the easier to get that badge on by just playing since other tanks,scraps, and brutes rely on not getting hit or weakening the hit.

Don't even what to think about the time I spent on the 100+ toons I didn't get much further then the sewers before I deleted.(or even to 3)


and quick question does Bodyguard mode damage that is spread to pets count towards damage badge? because then an MM with an AoE heal and/or someone else healing them could farm that badge up fairly fast.(not to mention heal badge)

You do get credit for healing badge for healing pets.

I would Imagine you would also get credit for pets doing damage based on healing credit.

yeah Bluebullet2.2 Kat/regen hit about 35 before they changed debt. I was only in permadebt for 7 lvs in a row.

993 hours for one of my 50s, she was my first made and most of the time was doing Hamidon Raids back when it took 3 hours or more sometimes. I sure do miss those HUGE raids and man the HOLD phase was so FUN!

I also only did Hamidon for xp from 45-50 and that was before you could turn xp off, so she was parked in the Hive for like 3 years.

She still fights Hami whenever she can, I think he was one of the reasons she was turned into a superhero but she isnt telling atm.

I have a few 50's.

My point in the last post is I never really noticed or even tried to worry about how long it took me to get it. So I guess I have no positive or negative input on the conversation as a whole. But hey, Grats on the 50.

How do you check that again? I tried and tried to find that slash command a few nights ago and never did...

My first lvl 50 took around 950 hours in issue 3 (Ill/Kin)

My last lvl 50 (last week) took 35 minutes.

My first 50 took around 500 hours about 5 years ago. Looking at my more recent 50s there are two categories. Those that take about 250 hours and those that take 500 hours.

The former spent a lot of time SKed. The latter spent a lot of time solo or mentoring.

My tanks also level much faster than my other characters. Not sure whether it's because I run at higher difficulty with them or I got SKed more with them.

I'm also not completely convinced that the hours given by the pedestrians are correct. I have one character that made level 50 months ago that has 237 hours on it that I could swear I played a LOT. I have another that just made 50 tonight that I can't remember playing much at all, and it has 511 hours.

Anyone else get that feeling?
