If you make a teleporter to take me to the Tailor of my choice, I will give you $4.99(plus tax). Put the recharge the same as the WW/BM telporter. That is all.

Sincerely,
MunkiLord

Most people just use the Pocket D transporter to go directly to the tailor. The only times you really need to go to a specific tailor are for the missions to get costume slots.

/\ Yup. I didn't know it for the longest time, but the Tiki lounge (Where the Pocket D transporter takes you) has a tailor just up the balcony area.

I didn't realize that either. But still, I like the option of more instant TP to various zones

That would give you Independence Port and Founder's Falls, since all the other zones with tailors already have markets (use the BM/WW teleporter) or are in Pocket D (VIP Teleporter). Both IP and FF are on the Green Line, and the Green Line is right next to the Talos Island WW, so you could teleport to TI and use the Green Line there.

Pocket D leads to founders too... so scratch that one.

And if you're 25+, Ouroboros will take you to both Independence Port and Founders Falls.

One of the things that turn me away from a game is micro-transactions. I don't like feeling like in order to have everything the game has to offer, that I have to spend more than the subscription.

On another page, I have noticed how the game has become effortless, one of the things that were really a challenge was getting around, now you can just open up an O-Portal or use a power and you're where you want to be, don't even need a travel power any more.

While I agree with you in that I don't necessarily like micro-transactions....I do not agree with you on your second point (to a degree).

I'd love it if the Ouro portal would allow access to every zone and not just the 5 we have now (and/or the mission tp power recharged every 10 mins.).

CoV content isn't bad/isn't the reason for me wanting that ability. It is all the old CoH content that makes you go from FF to AP to Dark Astoria to PI to Crey's Folly to Steel Canyon to AP to Perez, etc...etc...etc....that gets really annoying. Only point to that type of travel is a time sink (and for possibly "exploring" the city...but after a month or two you've 'seen it all').

Using your travel power to get somewhere is not difficult, anyway. It's just time-consuming. When I get a mission in Talos Island and I'm told to go to the southern end of Independence Port, when I arrive I don't think "YES I REACHED THE MISSION DOOR! This is the greatest thing ever!" I just lament having wasted the time reaching the ***-end of a needlessly elongated zone.

Travelling from place to place in CoH is as exciting as riding the boss. Oh, you might be new to this part of town so when you look out the window you see all those new locales and it's kinda exciting, but by the 500th time you took the same bus to get to work or visit your buddy or whatever, you just grab a book and iPod and not pay attention to the scenery.

This is CoH. Many have been playing for years and they know all the nooks and crannies. We don't want to see it all again, we care about getting to the mission instance is, where we finally get to beat up some baddies.

Challenge where challenge is due, but flying over or super-speeding past everyone, often people that con grey to you when, not if, but when you are sent to a lower-level zone, just to look at several loading screens before reaching your destination is not a challenge.

Anecdotes about how exciting the Hollows were before there were Raptor Packs and before it had a hospital do not factor into that. One pre-travel power zone makes no difference when you're already in your late twenties and sent all across the city only to reach a mission door. This is not a challenge, never was, and if you think it is, I suggest you take off your rose-tinted glasses and stop telling those kids to get off your lawn.
