I don't believe the pre-order is available yet. It will probably become available in March/April, since that's when the early release of Dual Pistols and Demon Summoning is supposed to be. It seems logical that you would recieve the early release powersets immediately upon applying your pre-order code. If that's so, then the pre-order won't be available until the powersets are ready for early release.
More likely than not, there will be an announcement on the forums and a news post on the main web page (and maybe even a GMotD in-game) when the pre-orders become available.

I'll throw this out now: please let me be able to pre-order it through the PlayNC site. Don't do a deal with some US distributor that isn't valid outside of the US. It happens a lot - "Hey, we've done a deal with Best Buy, who aren't in your country. Enjoy!".

All the stuff for GR would essentially already be available 'in the game' but locked because you don't have the GR code applied to your account. WoW expansions work in this way, the base game is updated so changes affecting the world of Azeroth still affect people without expansions BUT they can't get access to any of the Burning Crusade or Wrath of the Lich King zones or level past 60.
Please let the normal and collectors editions be available as a code to be applied to the account from the NCsoft store that when GR is finally released, instantly unlock all the GR content but provide all the bonuses that pre-ordering grants there and then.
I would guess that Steam will be an option. Still, I also would prefer the NCstore.
I don't anticipate seeing a bunch of parceled out pre-order bonuses which vary by store as you see in some games (a la Cryptic's releases).

I buy everything from the NC store, why would I go anywhere else to pre-order? It just doesn't make sense. And I too want to be able to pre-order online straight from the makers of the game, thank you.

I'd also prefer to use the NC store but I'd love to get a new shiny box with an updated game disc and not just the code alone.

That's my question. How do I pre-order it, there are many threads out here talking about pre-ordering it, but none actualy states if you can yet, and if so, how. The NCSoft online store makes no mention of it at all. Some even say that only certain people will be ellegible(sp) to pre-order it, and that sound fishy to me. So if anyone out there knows if and how we can pre-order it, please post it here. I know the closed beta starts next month, so I would think that pre-ordering would be available now.
