Creating Royalty Costume
This is my princess/queen character:
And for a closeup on the face:
She will be wearing a bolero in lighter blue with gold trimmings in her second costume slot, in addition to what she's got now.

The furred cloak that comes with the Magic Booster would look good as the top layer. Perhaps in a dark blue or purple with white or light grey trim?

Okay, I got the urge to play around and came up with this:
Change the face and hairstyle according to age, and voila.

Hi,
why would you want an ageing rock band tribute costume?
We "are Not The Champions" at least not in this game
Cheers
So many cats - So few recipes!
Age is of no importance,
unless you are a cheese!

What can I say? It's A Kind Of Magic.
She's not a queen, but here is my very sophisticated English noblewoman, Lady Veridian.
Using one of the Tiaras in Detail 1, the Magic Bolero, Tank Top, and Pencil Skirt Long.
Altoholic - but a Blaster at Heart!

Just my little Bohemian Rhapsody, a little bit of Radio Ga Ga. My ode to a Crazy Little Thing Called Love. My way of saying We Will Rock You.
Now I'm just Waiting For The Hammer To Fall, Under Pressure. It's A Hard Life but I Want To Break Free. I'm hoping for The Miracle. Somebody To Love, as it were.
But ladies, if you have any interest at all Tie Your Mother Down. I'm not very familial. Tell her You're My Best Friend. But hey. Who Want To Live Forever?
I am bursting with the power of a million exploding Freddie Mercuries!
Here's my take on a "classic" queen:
I'm a firm believer in the "Three Color" rule (a costume should have 3+ colors in it) and so went with gold, white and purple. Pieces should be pretty obvious: Elegant bolero, bridal skirt, dragon bracers (looked nicer than the "banded" bracelets and the bolero sleeves hide the martial arts design), Onomichi chest (which I thought had a nice design to it), formal hair, tiara, etc. I didn't play with facial scales although if I was making the character, I'd probably play with the cheek bones, chin, etc.
Unfortunately, the queens of our actual history didn't run around in mini-skirts so the lower legs and feet presented a challenge. The heels look nice, albeit plain compared to the rest of the outfit. The alternative has more design to it but looks like her legs are armored which doesn't fit the elegance of the upper costume. Looking at a couple pictures of various queens, the robes and gowns seemed to be all about the embroidery, hence the reliance upon the bolero/bridal patterns.
Oh, another option would be the Jester neck (under the Detail 2 head selector) for the Elizabethian ruffle look. I wasn't a fan of it but it's something to think about.
Ooh, I like yours Jophiel. I went for more of a travelling outfit in mine, but your dress looks great.
I think the gold in the bolero makes it a little too "busy," too distracting... makes it stand out too much, I guess.
Also, just as a suggestion, the thigh-high witch boots might go well as a bottom for that outfit, since (I think) the tops of them will be hidden under the skirt. The high heels don't really fit the time period you seem to be going for, and the Valkyrie boots are a little off given that there's no other armor on the character.

Good idea, though. I'm just not sure if there's any foot options that fit well.
I've had this one in my collection for a while:
Thank you Everyone
Some great ideas for me.
I've been looking to make a queen type costume.
But stuck for inspiration, just cant make something suitably regal.
I do have all the add on packs.
Anyone help me out with looks/ideas?
