You can only use one of the same IO in any one power, no matter what type (proc/proc120/global/regular), no matter if it says unique or not. You cannot slot two of the same procs, or two acc/dams from the same set, or anything like that. You can slot six procs from different sets into the same power, though.

I'd just like to clarify for anyone else stumbling on this thread - Aggelakis is refering to the Set IOs when they say "You can only use one of the same IO in any one power..."
You can put more than one Generic IO in a power, with a Generic IO being what you would see in WW/BM under Crafted Enhancements > Other. Of course, you also need to be more aware of Enhancement Diversification than if you use the Set IOs.

another question if I may ask...
Lets say I have 3 Luck of the gambler Ios with the 7.5% recharge and 3 different defense buffs to place 1 into (hover, maneuvers, tough, weave, etc)
Will I be able to use all 3 to have a total of 22.5% global recharge reduction? (i ask because it doesnt say "unique" on it.

As far as "5 other proc types": Depending on what the power is, you might need an accuracy in there as well. Just sayin'.

And if the power does damage on its own, slotting accuracy (if needed), 2-3 damage and the rest in procs will do you FAR more good than straight procs.
And if the power is flagged "Enemies do not notice this attack", adding a proc will negate this, causing the enemies to aggro on you.

Neutrino Bolt is a good attack for putting Procs into. It has low Recharge and Endurance cost as is allowing you to skip slotting them. With the Def Debuff from other Rad attacks one Accuracy is also enough leaving you 5 slots to put Damage and procs into. I usually go 1 Acc, 2 Dmg, 3 procs (Lady Grey, Achilles, Shield Breaker).
If you have the money, though, put an Apocalypse proc in it. IIRC on average that proc alone is better than two or three straight Damage IOs in it.

Hi everyone, so I recently added a Touch of lady grey damage proc to one of my skills, since it didnt say unique on it, I was wondering if I could add 6 of it to one of my skills. Is it possible to do that? or will i have to use different procs?
