Hmm. I can see why they took it away from them, but they really should change the text for 'Nullifiers'...who don't actually nullify anything.

Oh yeah, I picked that one up the other day! I havent used it yet.

It only has five charges though. Thats a pretty hefty limitation, even with Flashback. Ive flashbacked on one hero-side character to keep getting the 75 shot Confiscated Beanbag, but I dont think I would for this.

Transference in Kinetics comes pretty close, but what i'd really like would be a set with the Controller hold replaced with a Sapper gun - reliable single target neutralisation through End Drain.

That power the CoT blade princes have that summons a bunch of floating ice swords.

*heh* i remember when a Dev explained that the Longbow Nullifiers didn't actually have a detoggle power. It was just something like a mag 60 hold with a half second duration. Or their disruption grenades with stacking -res that couldn't be resisted. And back when mezzes killed all toggles. Longbow Nullifiers were awesome Brute killers when playing one with resist-based armor sets on large teams. One Longbow spawn could put your resistance in the negatives before the nullifier killed all your armor toggles. My DM/Elec was wiped by Longbow ambushes attacking the teams in less than three seconds sometimes just from massively stacked irresistable debuffs and AoE splash damage. Good times.

Not just AVs. Tsoo Ancestor Spirits have it too. Of course it doesn't do as much damage as the AV version but the stun it provides when combined with their other SS powers can make quick work of anyone without some form of personal defensive powers.
