)Correct me if I am wrong, but couldn't you just get a level 8 mission when you are level 8 then actually level up to 22, buy your SOs, and choose that mission when you want to exemp yourself down to that level? (You wouldn't have to depend on lowbies to exemp yourself down.)

I can understand why you want to stay at lvl 8, that way being the anchor and all that.
I just doubt the performance benefit from SOs over tiny sets bonues would be all that great.
Still, it would be a much less of a time sink and grind getting SO's for the lvl 8 than purpling the warshade, so good luck & hope i run into you 
Go on a team, kill AVs you will get SOs at your level : D My brother go a level 4 SO when he was with me killing a level 16 AV. hahah I sold it for 3 million I think, or maube 1 million : P
