If you really want to fight Malta blueside, get Crimson as a contact. Or redside most contacts 45-50 have a mish or two involving them.

Also, once you get the Malta (either in an scanner mission or from Crimson), you might consider posting to get a group of people together to make the badging go faster.

I'm not sure Riki, Malta, Knives or Nemesis for that matter appear in radio missions. Except for bank missions, and maybe also some of the "save bank" or "save jewelry store/pawn shop" type of missions with the bank or store maps.

There may be ONE Malta radio mission.
KoA and Malta are secret conspirators. I think the idea is they don't just wander around kidnapping people and getting seen by the police doing it.

Warburg. I forgot about that. The only challenge is that as a defender, it's very difficult to quickly hunt things at or above my level. I was hoping for a 5 level spread or better like I can get in missions sometimes 
However, if I bring a scrapper or blaster friend for damage, that could work well. I could even organize a hunt in Warburg on the badge hunting channel. Thanks for the idea!

Redside, these secret conspirators will call out any shmoe who wanders into Grandville. I guess those ones got a different copy of the Black Ops handbook than everyone else? Cause mine says, in the chapter about annoying MHIs, to assassinate them in their sleep.
