Heh, you have a point. There are a few I could finish for quick additions.
I will probably need to do some quick sketches (when I'm not working on Feb's FArt concept) to get caught up again.

Oh and #16 is up.
I hadn't tried an animal hero crossover yet and this is such a cool idea for a hero
(the blue rings even suggest eco-location... how awesome is that?) that I decided to try my hand at Dolphin.

Oh CR, I bring you more options. If you would find it in your cheeto colored heart to do one of these two toons I would be tickled orange. I give you two toons each with two different costumes to choose from. I love your sketches and would be delighted if you chose my toons.

Number 20 is another shading with ink practice.
My Feb FArt submission just isn't looking as good as I would like in pencils so I am practicing this kind of inking
(soft gradual shades not hard outlines like for digital work or comics) in case I decide to try it in ink or markers or some kind of mixed media...

Just a heads up there may or may not be sideboob involved.

Been real slow to post (I've been under the weather pretty bad as of late) I am still doing some drawing
while lying in bed with a cold/fever so I will have a a bunch to post all at once here...

21 and 22 are Disney inspired (don't ask lol)
23 is a color/mixed media test run.

Got a request for more Disney (of all things lol) so # 25 is a shot of Simba as a cub... que the chorus of awwwwwwww's.

So I stumbled across this web comic a few months back called Jordan's Town
and I'm liking the work Jordan has done on it so far... thought I might give a few of her characters a try to draw more attention to the comic (seriously go give it look-see ) and just because I think these two are well designed and so #27 of 40 is up in my New Artz thread and it features Shazel and Garuk from Jordan's Town. Enjoy!

Definitely worth checking out the comic... If you haven't before jump back to the start and catch up on the whole thing. There's a few running gags that are much better if you start at the start rather than jump in midstream and catch up later...

Also, CR, nice job on the two person pic... Forgot to mention that earlier. As you said, mainly doing solos I imagine it's a big jump to doing two in one pic where they're overlapping rather than just side by side... Pretty soon we're gunna need a fight scene out of you

A fight scene... hmmm.
Already did two of them at least...here and here, granted they were like 8 minute or less quick sketches for the Hot Pencil thread but still.
Also even though you can't see the target (read villain that is about to enter a world of hurt) Shieldara at number 1 of 40 is a fight scene too... also the one I did for Pyro's birthday of Tee-Kayo is a fight scene where you the viewer are on the receiving end.

But yeah, those aside, I was planning to go for something like a combat scene for # 40 to end with a bang.

Heh, ok... Technically I was wrong. Doesn't happen often and since it's only on a technicality, I will admit it

What I was trying to get at though is a pic with two characters interacting with each other, such as grappling. If the two characters next to each other like that was a step past the norm, just seemed that them interacting would be the next step..

And I don't mean blasting at someone off screen or across the page . Seems next step would be them in very close proximity where you have to keep proportions consistantly, take into account how action A would influence character B and their pose, etc etc...


But actually, while I'm loving the pretty consistantly dosages of CRarts, I'm also looking forward to you finishing this up so that we can get more completed works
