Build the exact same toons he has and play them better

I'd say an Elec/Therm to beat the three blue side builds. Maybe a Rad/EM blaster to smack around the Nin Stalker. Don't they have really low DDR?

Aight 2 things wrong wit the above poster..first of all Broadsword and Kat are NOT the 2 best DPS powersets...Fire and DM are!!
Second you want more damage per "burst" as apposed to DPS for pvp..thats why unless u are a lolfiteclubber BS and FM are best for pvp (after spines of course) because of really high burst dmg.. Spines has lower burst dmg but u get 2 sexy ranged atks.

ice ice controller - floor his recharge on everything and kill him in like 20 mins 
Im not saying BS isnt good..in fact its GREAT! but its not a dps class its animations are too slow..it is a class of extremely high burst dmg...not damage per second
if you dont land a crit head splitter on BS, it's kinda trash.
i'm far more scared of a good MA stunning me on a squishy, hence actually being able to exert pressure on me to up my dps-ing.
anyways, don't roll a regen.
roll an elec/therm.
that's it.
whoever's telling you to roll a regin doesn't know what he or she's talking about.

My elec therm answer is till the right one. If you think a melee toon is a better counter in a duel than an elec therm you need to get our more.

But you want 1 toon that can beat any of the toons you listed elec/therm is the way to go. Dont ask for a build and then say no no no to everything people tell you here just because you are a virchu fiteklubber.

Well, since I'm guessing the toons you'll be fighting on virtue don't use phase or insp and for the most part will be doing the whole "stand in one spot and mash button" thing, a well built procced out bs/regen should shred a fire/ss tank. With the MA/regen you might have a chance since I have a feeling you'll be going for parry in your build. If the sonic uses the stand still technique he deserves to die.
If the player your facing has half a brain and knows how to move around and uses thing like phase *gasp*, you won't ever beat him using bs/kat/fire or any other melee set.
