and just in case the sewer one is the missing plaque, please note it is in the Abandoned sewer system with access only available at lvl 35 and above.
Hope you pick it up soon.

Just for the record, this level restriction no longer exists.

yes, my error by not using my memory!
Issue 16 did indeed remove the limits for entry to accomodate the new sidekick system.
I apologise and wish any solo lowbie now venturing in there the very best of luck

Thanks the Abandoned Sewer plaque got me the badge -- Academic. I had been searching the badge sites for the word 'Nemesis' badge since in my character's badge listing called it the History of "Nemesis".

Are there any level restricted zones still, besides the PVP ones, or can you badge and plaque hunt anywhere, any level (risks of course, notwithstanding)?
Kinda curious the lowest alt to have all the history badges, for example.

I'm trying to get the History of Nemesis badge. Badge-hunter.com doesn't have it listed and I can't find it on google doing a search. I think it was added in i15. Do you know of any other city of heroes badge sights.
