I think you probably have seen them at 50 a few weeks ago during the bug that made rep affect AVs (same as in STF, level 54s going to 50). That's why we're stuck with rep not affecting TFs at all now...

Way to go, very impressive! I couldn't get Rommy at the end of the ITF with Actin without using the Wedding Band and orange inspirations (according to my calculations, Echo Wedding Band + BioNuke + Oranges should work too, making it "repeatable").

I've got to say though...
Outside of some heavy debuffing crowds, this is probably the toughest scrapper I have yet, and I got a few of them.
Just took down a Pylon with 2 RWZ Challenge spawns on top of me. Sure it took me roughly 30 minutes, those darn slows messin up my attack chain, but I got it done

I was hoping that Alexei could pull it off. That joke of a challenge was one of my motivations when I built him. But there's no way, not after I saw how he performed with "just" the two RWZ challenge spawns. I just don't have that combination of hit points and resistance required to handle huge bursts of damage. There's just too much luck involved for me, which is GOING to give out in a 30 minute fight.

What I'm thinking I remember (though my memory sucks, so maybe my subconscious is just making it up and pretending it's memory), is someone in jest suggesting that we go solo a pylon with two RWZ challenge spawns beating on us. This would be back when the RWZ challenge was considered hard, and taking down a pylon was at the high end of DPS. So I think it was in the Scrappers bragging about both stage. And I think the pylon->2xRWZ was sort of a response to the bragging, "Oh, yeah? Then why don't you do this?" It was obviously impossible at the time, so much so as to be a joke. I remember what I thought was JUST in the realm of possibility at the time was to solo a pylon with a single RWZ challenge spawn beating on you, and I think I mentioned it, and I'm not sure how many people believed it could be possible. I made a number of attempts on Sergei, but the closest I came was having the Pylon down to 25%.

On the MoSTF front, a few years ago (Back when we still had old MoG.) a poster asked about soloing it, using temps and inspirations, and anything else they could get their hands on. Consensus stated that if they could get half way through, it'd be an achievement, but I don't recall hearing if it actually happened or not. Feeling lucky?
With insps/temps, luck and patience I can see a fire/shield doing it.
Biggest problem is taking the towers down, as if LR kills you while you've got one tower to half or less, the repairmen will not only repair that tower but also run to other broken towers and rebuild these. It's possible in theory, but it's also possible the amount of luck required to make this work would make it impossible in practice.
Patrons shouldn't be too much trouble, as long as you can pull them one by one. You're doing 45% of your normal damage against +4s, but can buff yourself to the damage cap which is almost twice as much as usual ; then there's also shivans and -res nukes (although you probably don't want to use shivans against GW).
Frankly, the biggest hurdle is having to get 7 fillers (including one who stays on team) to start the TF. Not only it's annoying, but it also severely limits the amount of experimenting you can do. If we could start TFs solo, a scrapper would probably beat it in a few months.

I don't even think its possible for a solo scrapper to complete a regular STF let alone a MoSTF. I could totally see LR taking my new shiny sword, putting it side ways and sticking it up my... well lets not get in to too much details here
I'm up for giving it a shot someday though (even though I know its gonna be a big failure)... packing a whole lot of ins/temps with free refills. Probably not anytime soon, as for some reason this month has just been a bit busy
