Charater copy tool down...?

Been waiting about an hour and a half for one of my toons to go through with no luck....I take it the copy tool is down?

same here it dont seem to be working for me

I still cant get a toon to copy over to test whats the deal am i doing something wrong ?

I just used the web page and for the last 3 days it has said processing under the toon I am trying to copy and it never makes it to test.

The Charater copy tool works when it wants to. It has been this way for years. It has always been this way.

*EDIT* Semi-rant deleted because copy tool is working less than 30 minutes after originally posting. Apparently I should type a screed every time the copy tool goes down since my posting one immediately restores the tool.

Off to test!

This should have been resolved in the meantime, apologies for the delay. Our engineers are looking into it. We'll update this thread as soon as we hear back from them.

The character copy tool has been restarted and some transfers have been taking place already. Thank you for your patience with this matter!

Is it dead again? Been trying to transfer an alt over all weekend and no luck.

It is dead again, I haven't been able to transfer any characters to th test server

2 transfers on sunday, checked monday nope,

and nope for today as well. Tried again earlier to. Its defenitely not working.

Still not working, tried yesterday and still nothing

I can't log into the test server now but my characters are there that I wanted to transfer.

Mine was. But I couldn't connect to the game...

Logged in, picked my character, went to enter, and it was taking forever. No idea how long it actually too, since I was reading a book (always have one near by). Eventually, it booted me back to the log in screen with an error message about there being no mapserver. Whoops!

I've had reports that the North American Training Room wasn't available at the moment. Could those of you still encountering this issue PM me with the extension you use? To do that, right-click on your CoH shortcut, click on Properties and paste what you have in the Target box into a PM. Also could you please include a screenshot of your launcher?

I am currently at work and cannot give you those details, Avatea. I'll pass them along as soon as I do. MY problem is that the character I selecter to copy to test (Thermocouple lvl 50 from Justice) isn't showing up on test.

The log in issue seems to be fixed. I was able to log in, both with an existing character, and with a fresh-made character.

I'm gonna queue up another character for copy, and see what happens...

Yup. 8 mins. later, the character showed up just fine.

You might have to queue up your character(s) again, Red. Usually, you have to. I was rather surprised when that one I had queued up made it through.
