Charater copy tool down...?

The character copy tool seems to be taking FOREVER to let me copy the same character several times.

I'm trying to copy my main several times in order to gather data for this page, but while the actual copy process takes maybe five minutes, the Copy Tool is then stuck with the message "Doctor Leo (copy in progress)" for a very, very long time. I made a copy yesterday at 10:30pm, and today at 1:30pm, FIFTEEN HOURS later, it was still saying "(copy in progress)".

It seems to be down again this morning. I've tried copying over several characters (after making sure I had open slots on Test) and it's been two hours and nada...

I've been trying to copy characters for several days and none of them have transferred to Test.

Still not working.
