Weekends usually don't suit me, especially Sunday. I can only do weekends from about 10.30pm (GMT) onwards on a Friday and Saturday, but I have no time on Sundays.

Okay, weekends bad. Wednessday and Thursday evening was good for everyone last week, shall we just do this that same time next week?

ok with any.. I have other Sg's sometimes asking for attention. But I always manage to sway between them

What if we make this a weekly deal, do missions on Wednessdays and GM/TF's on Thursdays?

I assume most people have become too busy since our posting speed seems to have slowed way down. Before we completely run out of creative juice, I hope you don't mind me moving the Seeketh story along, ready for it's predestined conclusion.

Is it possible to switch my character in the Nighthunters?

Really fallen out of favor with the character of Lastwatch, he's not as fun as I had imagined he would be.

Also Omy's character Tal has been trying to recruit my new RP character so.......

Come up with a reason to dissappear and to have another appear.. Dont see a problem. You could even make lastwatch have the new alt suggested while he goes on extended leave... never to return.

Looking at the base Pious would like to have the room where the bookcase is that leads down to the Vault/library used by the Nighthunters too have some function.

Building it I thought it would make a good bookstore in one of the houses around the Croatoa campus. I am able to make that. The light colomn would place you just inside the store.

hmm.. I may switch Suraya her occupation and have her the manager/sales woman of that store. Anyone has an idea for a name..? I guess it would hold a lot of study material being so close to campus.

Oh man, why didn't I think of that. I have to say Eric, you come up with some great ideas at times. I was up literally all through the other night tinkering with the base editor trying to make sense of that 1st floor. Nothing came to me, nothing at all and I just went to bed upset. LOL.

I have concluded that I'm just no good with bases.

A bookstore "facade" is excellent, then below it, our hidden basement/hideout/library/magical artefacts and trophies vault/slash whatever else we think of later. No ideas yet on a shop name, but Suraya and even Talenar would make excellent keepers.

CB, that sounds fine to me. Maybe Lastwatch can leave us a note saying she needs to go away for a while, sort out some things. That way, you could bring her into plots later as an distant member, like Wolverine to the X-men. Maybe even as an NPC. She's just too badass to write off CB.

Your new RP alt who happens to be Talenar's friend can join us whenever. I'm sure Mayor Bower can arrange an amulet for her.

We could alway use my suggested SG name; Malleus Malefacarium for the shop name

Just a side note; how about for the Vault in the basement we stick in sort of 'trophies' after certain events. Like we take out Jack In Irons, for example, then afterwards have an IC celebration and place his Club in the Vault (Vet Reward item)

as to the shop name ..either , and i am happy with both ..make it a atypical Uni campus are book shop . ie a realativly modern place ..in which case just call it something like The Book Store ...or Books are us .. modern glib names

Or make it a old old shop , full of old books and dark corners and twisty staires ..with either some names of the long dead (( we hope)) owners ..
..like Clanthborne & Heigulmonn 's or Philaethdorn , Heint and Murow ..

I heard a lot of shop names while I requested over the union rp channel. The one who was simple and easy to remember stuck for the evening.

The Worn Cover

As were a book store around a campus... we would have an inventory with used and new study material and research books. Some travel section and a huge roman/fantasy/sf section.

Names can still be suggested. Just keep it short and easy to remember. A good shop cover should have a name people can remember and write down. Or the mouth-to-mouth add will fail miserably.

The trofee idea is great. I can make an empty shelf/wall side where we can place stuff like that.

Yeah I think I like the Worn Cover. Lets see if something better comes along. I think we'll stick with the "old magic bookstore" feel and place it somewhere in Steel Canyon. We don't need it on a university campus anymore, if we're going independent.

Hmm, yes I agree. The Worn Cover bookstore sounds good. Hints that it's old, maybe magical, even haunted. o.O

We need a ghost-type hunter character now. Maybe the bookshop's lost soul eventually joins the team?
