I don't PVP, but from my experience with PVE and Dark Melee in general, I would think that you are missing out on a heavy damage dealer (and minor heal) from Siphon Life.
That's all the advice I can really offer, because I could never even dream of affording all those IOs! -=drool=-

also, cutie divine, do your homework. generally, AS from a dark hits harder than an AS from anything else (because ever since they gave psi resists to everyone, dark is pretty much the least resisted damage type), so the non-critical portion hits harder.
the only thing dark lacks is a bursty follow-up... hai sharks.
I realize theres a lot of baddos in RV, but I still wouldnt like that little amount of ranged Def. after DR.
Don't know how much difference it will make but you can slot that steadfast res/def +3% into the heal

Mortilance - Elec/WP Stalker
To be honest BB, I don't see any reason to make a DM stalker right now. Unless your goal really is to play a gimp toon just for the hell of it. But there are much more gimp ones to play, if that's the reasoning.
The extra AS damage will likely be pretty negligible. And it's nice not always having to rely just on AS or shark. Sometimes you need 1-2 other attacks to make kills easier, and EM or elec or even spines all have better options than DM.
I want to shoot darkness goddammit.
Figure out a way to get blinding powder in there. Its very useful and 4 slotting the purple set gets you another +4 dam.
Edit: You must be able to tolerate being kbed more than me.

Here is a horrible build I came up with. Way less +dam, way less rech the kb protection rings in at 41 though(w/ acro). And honestly AS + tof should mean you can placate then follow up with mg at will. Added some +rng defense. I know alot of people think defense is trash but I am still of the opinion its underrated. IN particualr on a stalker one miss while you are running away trying to get back into hide can be huge.

wish i could go staminaless there but running acro + two toggles + sj + ss + stealth is a lot more end than say the one toggle + sj + ss + stealth that my regen runs.

on the defense thing: personal quirk. i don't expect defense to work. ever. ever. last time i seriously played a defense stalker was back in between i10-i12 and it was essentially as if i weren't running a secondary when i was out of elude. if someone misses twice, i'll be glad. otherwise, in kujin-elude / phase / reconstruction-clone i trust.

Im sorry, but Im not a numbers guy. What are you looking at for recharge on Retsu between its own recharge/hasten/global numbers? If you're looking at more than 6 minute down time, I still wouldnt be comfortable with that amount of ranged Def.
40% uptime or so i think.
how important is kuji-in rin these days? if squishies can get by with just acro in todays pvp shouldnt stalkers be ok? maybe use cons build but drop rin for stamina?
my only stalker was ma/nin but i havent played it in like 8 issues.
If anyone knows Cronic he had a nice dm/nin stalker build. dm/nin isn't bad at all. It's one of my favorite combos.
