Beacon name overlay

I remember seeing a long time ago something you can download that will make the tp beacon names appear bigger to you. Do that still exist?

They do, they're just currently unavailable until I get them onto the new website.

I'll remind Talek this evening.

However, they're all available now.

http://unbidden.fantasyalternative.org is the address.

If they're no longer on the front page when you get there, go to the downloads directory.

And yes, I know my website needs to be finished. I'm working on it.

Those overlays are seven kinds of awesome.

While I love the Arcane Beacons, trying to play spot the picture drove me crazy. Problem solved. Thank you!

I've noticed recently that the beacon overlay only displays in a base where the character I'm on is in the SG. If I go into a Coalitioned Base, the beacons are all normal without the overlay.

I followed the install intructions from the <old> Unbidden site when I got them. Is this normal, or should I be able to see the overlays in any base I go in?

It *should* be for any base. We'll test later this weekend.

Just one question: Are these supposed to fix/cover the Pocket D and Rikti Warzone beacons also?

Not a grip, just wondering if mine are working right(still showing broken beacons).

Unfortunately, no.

The problem with the PD and Grandville beacons is that, for some reason, the "available" beacon art (which IS in the files, btw) is not being displayed. Instead, it's the "destroyed in raid" artwork that's acting as the default.

Until the devs get around to simply fixing this small issue, nothing we can do will fix those beacons.

I remembered hearing something about the "broken in Raid" thing. Just checking.
