Redoing lower-level Safeguard Mishes?

You need to team with a character in the level range who can get the mission. Safeguard/mayhem missions are not available through flashback.

I've been wishing for this since the day they introduced Safeguards. My badger was 50 before that happened, so she couldn't get anything but the PI mission. She soloed the bulk of her career and I'm not really keen on finding other people to tag along with to get those badges and temp powers. I'm still holding out hope that either through Ouro or the Super Sidekicking mechanism they'll add some way to solo lower level safeguards and mayhems.
Hey, they threw us a bone so we could get Isolator on toons who missed it (or were created before it existed), and I had long given up on that happening. You never know.

Safeguards can be done at any time at any level, as long as you are willing to find a team to do it with. Personally, I've never had a problem with hanging out around the areas where you enter the missions and saying "Hey, I just need the exploration badge, mind if I jump in and out real quick?" I've never had anyone say no.

In short.. getting on a team for a lower-lvl safeguard team is hardly an epic task when compared to the aforementioned Isolator "bone".
OK, maybe Isolator was a bad example. I'm just saying, that was a change I had at one point given up hope of them ever making. I'm still hopeful they'll make this change as well. I've really never liked the "events here seem to be beneath your notice" thing. Seems fairly non-heroic to me.

Joining your server badge channels also helps.
Check out your server forum, and ask for help there, and offer rewards.
Hang out in the appropriate zone, and broadcast that you'd like some help there.
You could also use the /search function, find someone in the level range, and politely ask if they could help you get the badge. Rewards help here too!
I held an event on Victory where we queued up all the Safeguard missions, and ran through them all

I'd propose, once you outlevel a zone.. instead of a "beneath your notice" message, it should become a mini-taskforce introduction screen which will bring you through a certain number of radio missions (determined by the zone ur in), and ending with the safeguard. Then, you will be able to get whichever one you want, whenever you want, at whatever level you happen to be.
Now THAT's change I can believe in! lol

If I remember correctly, it's counterpart is the TF one, although that also has the costume piece. But it's not available until... 35?

Getting TF Commander before level 35 is completely impossible. Invader can be obtained at any time since you can do the missions at level 1 (you just won't get the temp power).
You are not "out of luck" at any point unless you have zero friends and are instantly despised by everyone you encounter in-game.

I'd love to have a way to get invader besides bugging people (assuming I miss some leveling up, which always happens).
Is there a way to do safeguard missions from a lower level then a char's current one?
I'm interested in getting the exploration badges in the lower-level ones, especially the Stouthearted accolade; since I leveled up way to fast to do them all, I want to know if there's a way to go back and do them.
