Not working for my lvl 50 villain in Grandville. No event is running in Gville, and I hope that you do NOT need an event running to ToT.

someone in chat said it doesn't start until noon. Any confirmation on that?
Servers are still down for the europeans. Or, at least I can't get in.
They're all up Storm... On Union now.

Yep, No ToT or ANY halloween stuff happening. Seems a little silly to have a down time to put the patch on and THEN having people waiting a few more hours for them to decide on a time to actually START the event :s
Like Dark said, I've seen no OFFICIAL announcement that the event will not start until 5pm (I'll let you figure out which 5pm I mean :P)
