Can a Claws/Elec Skip Stamina?
Theoretically, yes, but Power Sink doesn't arrive until level 35 and you're going to be making really slow progress until then without Stamina, based on my experience with it thus far. With IO support after level 35, you might be able to pull it off, though.
If it is anything like my experience with a Fire/Kin Pre- and Post- [Transference], then yes.
After that power, I felt like I could respec out of Stamina... I didn't, and probably won't, but I could and still get by pretty well. However, before 35? It was kinda painful, granted that Stamina helped, but that combo is hellish on the blue bar.
I don't have any specific experience with the above combo, but I feel that the parallel could be drawn.
Hey all. The title's pretty self-explanatory. I've got a brand new Claws/Elec and I'm wondering if Claws' reduced End cost combined with the storied infinite End provided by Elec would allow me to forgo Stamina. Thanks in advance for your help

I suggest using your first build as a leveling/exemp build and taking Stamina - but yes, skipping Fitness is doable once you get Power Sink. I decided to be a man and just skip Fitness while leveling too, and with frankenslotting the whole way to 35 and teaming with an Empath occasionally it was doable, but definitely painful.
I think /Elec is the best candidate for skipping Stamina because you also get a move-speed increase with Lightning Reflexes.
Well, with CLaws already low END Costs, and Energize giving an END Discount.
I really don't see why you couldn't.

Thanks for your replies guys. I searched a bit and got the same impression that, with Power Sink, it's a much less painful process. However, there was the point that I'd be using Power Sink about as often as it was available, potentially cutting my DPS in the process.
I'm hardly a min-maxer but the idea of having to mash a power every time its available just to stay in the fight is irksome. What're your specific experiences with a Staminaless ElA? Are you hitting Power Sink as often as possible just to keep running?

After that you wont have any problem, but prior to 35 it will be very very painful without a pocket kin at all times.
I personally am in the "you can never have too much money, power, sexytime or endurance" camps... YMMV.
If you do go without stamina, slot for massive global recharge, because youll want energize up more often then not.

Keep in mind that Power Sink is also an important part of your mitigation by sapping the endurance of your enemies.

I took Stamina. Energize has not been very helpful in managing my endurance, it has become my belief that Energize should not have an end cost (or it should be negligible like Consume). One should be able to respec out of Stamina at level 36 though, if one wants.
Why Blasters? Empathy Sucks.
So, you want to be Mental?
What the hell? Let's buff defenders.
Tactics are for those who do not have a big enough hammer. Wisdom is knowing how big your hammer is.
I was planning on trying a Staminaless Kat/Elec build. However, I'm going to go with Body Mastery and pick up Conserve Power+Physical Perfection (and Energy Torrent for some mitigation + FF proc). Kat uses more End though, so Claws should be much better off.
Like BlackBellatrix mentioned, just go the usual Stamina route while leveling up. You'll likely want an alternate Stamina build for exemping, so you can just swap to your second build when you're ready to go Staminaless. That's what I plan on doing anyways.
Skipping Stamina = Bad Idea
Respeccing out of it later = very doable.
