Question Ahoy

there a few things that seem to be left or missed in my opion that need some kind of addressing.

1, there seem to be a weird need for these special salvage with every other issue, but why are there nothing done to vanguard merits?

I got everything possible with the merit on most toon but i can't spend them fast enough to be worth to go out to get more. but with Merits i got tons of choices to choose from also the same with MA tickets.

2, base salvage, dr brainstorm token and base salvage tab, it been almost a year and these are well obsolete shouldn't these be heading for the bin by now?

3, Stores/shop with each new buy system there seems to better version to buy items finder. i think MA shop the best way to use to buy. couldn't these be put into place for all shop/stores and market as i think it the best to find thing for all

4, Search well i think this need a overhaul as trying to people for a team can be a pain when you reach 50 people in the search, even more so when you select a range of 5 level and you still maxed out.

maybe a increase in the how many can be searched or a lower level search


i do have more question but it got very late an im very tried so i leave my other question later

While I don't support the removal of the obsolete salvage types, I would love it if they'd move the base tab on my salvage window to the last position.

Personally, I think it should be: All - Invention - Special - Event - Base

Either that, or allow the tabs to be rearranged, like the tabs in the chat window.

And I want the "Invention" tab (and the corresponding entry in the list) to be a different color than the rest. It would be easier to spot it quickly when I am crafting set recipes.

Not until everyone has gotten rid of theirs. I'm not even talking about inactive accounts. I play just about every day and I occasionally notice that I have still have base salvage on some toons.

Gee, you must be imagining things. Search maxed out? Haven't you heard all the doomcrying? The game is dying and it's impossible to find teams!

Yeah, search could be a bit more robust. People have also suggested a 'reverse search' where you list your team as looking for members and people can 'invite themselves' to it.

When base salvage was removed it was a time when storage racks could hold boatloads of base storage. Now it's limited to 30 and while you can't add beyond 30 items, if they already had say 1500 items it's still happy. Why spend the time to convert to brainstorms and then to i-salvage when you now need many times the storage racks to hold the i-salvage you got from the conversion?

Me, I converted all my base salvage to brainstorms and don't have a reason to convert them into i-salvage as long as I can purchase interested salvage at the market for reasonable prices. I have no pressing need to use them. Sold off my base's racks to avoid rent.

Then there are stories of players who collect obsolete drops just to have one of everything.

As far as the "search limited to 50"- it is rare that I get over 50 on my servers. In the case that I do, limiting to [say] "l40-50, defenders" gets me down to a reasonable number. Then "L40-50, controllers" and so forth.

It's a workaround.

(Personally, I'd like L50 to be its own button, with 40-49 separate.)

Just use the search slash command to give it the exact details you're looking for.

I want to see level 40-49 defs and trollers:
/search +40-49 +defender +controller
