Hey! That's a good idea for a future update!

to TO THE END!
Villains are those who dedicate their lives to causing mayhem. Villians are people from the planet Villia!

Heroes are so very...very...brilliant from your point of view I assume. The only reason that most Super-Heroes are not mouldering in their graves is that writers constantly invoke that blasted Literary convention, Deus Ex Machina so that "Good" can prevail and the commericially driven media can continue, despite having their protagonists in a hole that they cannot believably escape from without destroying the minute fractal of suspension of disbelief they had to begin with.
Nah. In fact, I'm of the opinion, most villains ARE smarter than the average hero.
Doesn't stop them from usually not teaming up... and, well. "Good" folks do team up in the microcosm conflicts. This usually results in "bad" getting contained.
"Good" being defined by and as the winners... the ones that cooperate long enough to form societies and the baseline by which such matters are determined.

Also... you do know I'm not the author, right? That's just a thought exercise I've thought funny, and fairly relevant, to the conversation. Where's your math?

Heroes can always escape, bcause villains get too carried away with their own evil plans
Villains seem to like to let everyone know how successful and clever their plan has been, even if the plan hasn't quite been completed

Yup. And there's a similar code to keep them from despawning in sight of players. This is why enemies near populated areas like the Black Markets or Ferries will often manage to last an entire Rikti or Zombie invasion. This is less common blue-side, because the markets and train stations are enclosed, and fewer spawn points are near the zone street entrances. So really, if you can get enough players to stay in sight of all spawn points, and they manage to defeat several without losing sight of the others that they've defeated long enough for them to repopulate, you can accomplish a zone clearing with far fewer characters, and keep it that way indefinitely.

Ah, reading yours and Sams post I see I read the original the wrong way. My bad ^^
Yup, totally agree with you. It's the same as all this PvE/PvP/RPer warring or whatnot, so long as it doesn't cross into actual conflicting and being a jerk (power-spammers in Pocket D, etc) then there's nothing wrong with people playing the game to enjoy it, however they want to.

But, OT.
There will always be evil. Evil gets the really cool armour, and red and black Who can resist the really cool armour, and the super doomsday weapons?
Besides, Villains are more famous than Heroes. You save some person on the street, you might make page 10. Villains? All you need to do is rob a bank and your headlining

My main superhero around here has cool red and black armor...does this mean she's evil?

Or does the fact that she controls the powers of darkness mean she's evil?
