Super Secret QoL change?
Not for me, I still have to do it the old fashioned way.
Badging in a PvP zone?
If you are treasure hunting on a battlefield wearing an enemy uniform, there is a high probability that you will be attacked.
This is an enjoy-the-ride game. "50" is only a number, not the goal of the game. - Noxilicious
Still doing things the old way here as well LL. Maybe it's just you.

I haven't noticed that, but I did notoce that the servers were showing the costumes that the character was last wearing istead of the costume slot 0. Very nice change IMO.
There I was between a rock and a hard place. Then I thought, "What am I doing on this side of the rock?"

And to think, I recently (within last 4 months) used a bunch of free costume changes and the save & load costume feature on several characters simply to switch my costumes around so that the best one would be in the first slot....

And I've had to enter my password each time, even when I switch characters instead of doing a complete quit. Did you change anything else on your computer recently?

Has anyone else seen this? I'm sorry if it was a patch note I missed or if there's another thread, I just wanted to comment since I hadn't seen it mentioned:
I have been logging characters in and out the last couple of days, and I noticed that the game is remembering my password without me having to type it. Trying to figure out if it's just me, or if it was intentional, or if it's an unintended bug. Personally I think it's pretty cool. |
Have you considered that you've been playing so long that entering your password is automatic, and you no longer remember doing it?

Does your CoH account and password happen to match your Windows logon? Maybe it's pulling cached credentials.
We don' need no stinkin' signatures!
It's not doing it for me. Also, I would not consider that a QOL feature, but rather a stupid security breach.

And it's not saving my password.

This has been intermittent for me at best, and I've been trying to track down how and why it's happening. I do get the password as reflex point, but no that's not it. I've very clearly seen the login prompt appear with the *** for my password already there, and all I needed to do was hit enter.
I'll try and be more rigorous about it and get it to replicate, because the more I think about it, I agree this is less QoL and more security problem.

I would like it if the game remembered my password but thats not happening for me either.
