Psi Tank
Just to be there to compensate for others' achellies heel, I wanted to make a tanker that was all but immune to Psionic damage. And I think I've found it here. If anyone has any ideas on how to make it more survivable all around while not going under psi def cap or res cap, please share the ideas. Keep in mind that this toon was made purely on the idea of taking loads of psi aggro and not dying, so any holes in it's build are already known, and I am looking for constructive criticism only.

I think it has just about every other hole but Psionics which means it is the opposite of "all but immune to Psionic" if my english has any logic in it but you could think in a completely alternative way.
There was no Knockback protection to your build.
I think 90% cap res to Psi and 45% Def to Psi is overkill but if that is what you want with no KB protection then I just rearranged for slotting something slightly better.

Well one of your biggest mitigation tools for any type of damage as dark/ would be dark regeneration, which you have sorely underslotted here. I would find some room to drop another slot or two in there to add some recharge and more endredux. I like to frankenslot it with healing, accurate healing, and taunt sets for maximum recharge and endredux with a chunk of healing and acc as well.
Even if you fight only PSI enemies through some sort of ultra extreme concept build, you'll want DR working well.
You still have good resists but you're lacking defense in other areas. You're going to need them since you don't have have -KB (this has been stated). Dark Regen which will be used to heal up from taking dmg from other types but is under slotted. Unfortunately it looks like addressing any of these issues will drop you below the psi res cap or def cap. If this is the build you want then you'll have to live with these holes. However, I can tell you from first hand experience that you'll never need this much protection against psi. Grab the Watchman/woman badge so you can use Elusive mind and work on other defenses, namely S/L and Energy. Getting these to the defense cap will greatly increase your survivability and won't relegate your the use of this tank to 'only when it's high psi dmg'.
No, the OP's phrasing was correct. "All but immune to psionic" means the same as "practically immune to psionic". The opposite (sort of) would be "immune to all but psionic".

My Dark/Ice Defender is at 75% Psi Resist, and has yet to be taken down by any PSI using enemy, even solo.
You probably don't have to go so high on the PSI resist/Defense, and can then up the defenses in other areas.

That's a lot of psi protection. While it may be concept to be basically immune to psi, having just what dark gives at normal enhanced values is about the same thing. I doubt you would notice the lost protection against all but the most psi intensive fights. My fire/mace tanks psi stuff no problem with only IO sets and healing flames. YMMV obviously.
Basically, if you want psi protection, get it in the actual set or slot IOs, but both is overkill.

I could see making a pure psi tank if you regularly partner with, say, an invul, hehe.
unless your gonna farm psi mobs..your wasting your time.
