I have no shame. When I finally got on last night I went down the list of my top ten favorite toons and brought them to a tailor one-by-one. Then got bored and decided to wait with the other gazillion toons and ran a few solo missions to see the new pretty colors in action against baddies.
Well I wasn't on long last night, but firsts thing I did was pick some random toon and went to the tailor and made all her animations pink. Not because I cared about the ability to do that but because well I was bored.
Then I went to the character build screen with thoughts of making a new toon out of the new choices but nothing tickled me.
Then I set a map to 8 with +5's and got trained wrecked because of the retarded build I made while dilusional on my fire/kin.
Then I logged out. Beyond the fact that hopefully the new team settings will invigorate the market some and keep all the AE noobs from bugging me as much there isn't anything much in this issue that intrigues me.
New content/zones/tf's/powersets please?
P.s. Devs, every 50 that I have that I enjoy playing has no content left to play except for exempting down type stuff. Bah. More +50 content plz?
TFs, papers, contacts can all be done at 50. Go nuts.

THERE IS NO GAP IN THIS GAME.
Everything has an end, it is a fact of life as well as in game. So once you have reached fifty, why would you EXPECT them to create more content for "finished" characters. So you want entertainment for the next year, roll a new toon. It's not like they didn't just hand you a crapload of new features for this new creation.

AE is supposed to bridge the gap between major content additions, but it's not everyone's cup of tea, which can be expected. Many people have taken to gaming the markets as their new endgame endeavour, but then you run into what to spend all the inf on once you've IO'd out your stable of characters. If the Devs were to try to add serious content with every Issue, or even every other Issue, we'd be getting them way less frequently, and the complaining wouldn't subside. QoL issues are fine, and many of the things that the new Issue addresses are much needed and appreciated. Plus, we have the benefit of knowing an expansion is getting closer to coming out.
I guess the TL;DR version is: Patience is a good thing. MMOs are a marathon, not a sprint.
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.

I don't like farming for rep, loot, badges, or anything else. I like to play the game. Not everyone with a load of 50's has them from pl'n. I love content and will take that over quick xp any day of the week.

Only 3 years playing, and I have 8 50's; after they hit 50 I pretty much stop playing them and start working on something new to get contacts I haven't tried before (there are still lots of them at all levels for me to play) or gain experience doing something completely different with AT (still haven't gotten a tank past 13, or a scrapper past 16 without being bored to death but it's a goal).
Rolling a Rad blaster, to give it a test drive. I noticed several powers in the set got an adjustment, but doesn't seem too unreasonable at first glance.
Recoloring a few characters powers.
Seeing how many badges I earned at log-in.
Probably be on the look out for a Master of ... team or two in the next couple days.
