This one has 6 efficacy adaptors in Drain psyche, which gives 73.78% Recharge.
But because of global recharge it only has a 2.1 sec downtime, could be perma with more than 73.78% enchanced but I like the 5% global recharge from the 6th Adaptor IO.

Loads of Aoe's and cones with less than 2-3 secs recharges is going to cost End big time, so for that reason I would like to keep it efficacy adaptor.
I could change the Hammi in RoA to a Damage proc, the nrg one from positron's blast set might be nice, or a damage recharge IO perhaps.
How does thie accuracy work with pseudo-pets, its the 1st I've heard of that.

Okay what I said was wrong, +ACC in RoA still makes sense if any slotted Accuracy bonus carries over to the pseudo-pet.

The accuracy for Rain of Arrows is a special case. The base accuracy is 1.6, but the power summons a pseudo-pet, which has a base accuracy of 1.0. The pseudo-pet's accuracy overrides the power's accuracy, so the final, real accuracy of RoA is 1.0. Yes, it makes about as much sense as an alligator in a chiffon wedding gown, but that's how it works.
Even with additional accuracy, though, it can and does miss. Each tick is checked individually, per foe. Most of the critters in the AoE will be hit twice, some will be hit three times, some only once. I have never, in all the time I've been using RoA, seen any critters take 0 damage, and I can't think of a single instance of the first tick ever missing either. Using Aim and Build Up or Power Build Up before Rain of Arrows is a good idea, not only because they help it hit more often, but because they all increase the damage as well. Higher accuracy means more ticks hitting and more damage delivered, and that is Rain of Arrows, damage delivered on a silver platter with a side of "ZOMG!". |

Currently I'm merging your build with my capped ranged def + Force Mastery version.
No, I won't be able to beat your 15,4, 15, 1 or 15,0 sec on RoA (@16,5 sec here)
Well, if you want a suggestion, I'd get Blazing Arrow, your build looks a bit weak in the single target department, but maybe that's not what you want/need?
The idea of a defense that is so low freaks me out a bit, so I added def in while upping your recharge marginally. The range on the cones suffered a lil bit , however that is just positioning so not a huge deal in the scheme of things. I also added KB protection as this is gonna need it IMO.

This is a costly build, but it has almost 40% def to ranged, 16.7 on ROA recharge, almost perma Hasten. And WAY more damage than most I've seen here. My ROA is doing 1k + where others I see are doing around 800-900. My Blazing Arrow is doing 770ish dmg, that's more than some people's Ranged Shot. All my other attacks are doing huge damage as well. Finally, if all that wasn't good enough, I have almost 50% Resist to S/L before Force of Nature is turned on, capped when it's on.
OK you got me beat on the RoA - I'm only 15.7s but perma Drain Psyche was my target - I don't think it gimps too much elsewhere.

I concur with Drain Psyche being slotted with Doctored Wounds. Unless you routinely plan on only getting 1 or 2 mobs in DP, slotting End Mod won't really made a huge difference but having it perma and having a free slot will.
15.4 secs is amazing for RoA. I just started a version of this toon last week and I was alrdy enamored with the killing speed. I friggin lvl'd to 10 in about an hour and a half. Crazy fast for me. Da Da Da Da DA...Im Lovin it!

I was toying with the Fighting pool as well (and full Numina's in Drain Psyche).
I rarely get into melee range though, so only fire DP once every so often.
Tried a lot with Shockwave but Lt's and bosses still getting hits on me.
Basically I don't want to rely on constant DP usage when I can stay at range.
Okay will try to get your build into Mid's, have to do it manually since the link is borked for me. I'm getting an error when I try to open it.

I wouldn't like a zero defense and low mitigation build, but maybe it's for teamplay only *shrugs*
My ROA is doing 1k + where others I see are doing around 800-900.

It reads the chance for build up (+100% damage) on your Gaussian as a flat out bonus where it only goes off at a 5% chance (and hence should only apply 5% as the average damage bonus).

Which stuck close to my original build, I wasn't too sure about the lack of slots in Aim, i can see why kinetic crash was picked for the 7.5% rech but seems like one of the only single target powers is now a kB power and more of a set mule...
Seems to be alot of emphasis on defense... which I don't usually go for... all in all it's a nice build but it's not pushing my buttons.

I liked a few things about this, but again alot changed to get defense...? ?
Not really interested in Blazing arrrow, I am looking for a PvE Aoe powerhouse with really high recharge and damage output.

I think that you got a lilttle bit confused, I don't want a PvP build and a lot of the bonuses in your build as wonderful as they are... I would loose in PvE.
Gaia I thought your build was going to be amazing!! 255% recharge?! until I noticed you had added geas in the accolades... So i'm afraid thats not going to be any good.

I changed Stunning shot for Blazing arrow just for a little extra Single target damage on bosses and AV's etc....., and swapped psyche for Doc wounds and 1 End mod.

Consciousness: that annoying time between naps.
I have been able to make a build that gives me 200% recharge and Rain of arrows every 15.4 seconds, I was wondering if anyone is able to top this and if so please post the mids link so I can see if there is anything that I haven't taken into consideration.
