I saved for ages before AE farming nerf came in, I have
1,590,000,000 saved at the moment, and a purpled toon I could strip if I really really had to :/
Consciousness: that annoying time between naps.
My build is a pure Farm AOE demon...the PvP sets I have in are geared for the PvE...you don't loose the bonuses that I put in for those PvP IO's in PvE. Hover over the sets and it will tell you.

So ya, its expensive.
Trust me on the endurance part, if you even get 4-5 in Drain Psych you'll have no problems with End.

I have been able to make a build that gives me 200% recharge and Rain of arrows every 15.4 seconds, I was wondering if anyone is able to top this and if so please post the mids link so I can see if there is anything that I haven't taken into consideration.

The only way I could get more recharge is if I tossed away LRM and replaced it with Grant Invs 6 slotted. IMHO 5% more recharge isn't worth tossing an enhanced LRM. That gets it down to 14.6%. I can't see .2% being worth it.

I've found that I didn't need much defense because everything is dead before they can really do any damage...
I did change a couple things on your build. First I got rid of the End Mod IO on drain psyche as you have STamina 6 slotted. Trust me, end won't be an issue. I added the extra slot to a travel power and put in 2 Zepher IO's, one being the KB proc. It gives extra ranged defense. I also added the Zepher KB proc to your other travel power.
I removed Acrobatics and put in Invisibility and added an LOTG 7.5% for some extra recharge. RoA is sitting at 14.6 sec
