Is there a way to see how much mag is needed to wormhole an enemy? Does the MK 3 Power Analyzer show it somewhere perhaps? I'm specifically interested in things like Pylons, Hami, Mitos, Towers, etc.

Do some HOs enhance the mag of the TP like how Intangibility mag can be enhanced?

Is it possible to stack wormholes from multiple casters if timed well?

If you go here it lists the status protection of various baddies.

Wormhole has a mag 3 stun so can stun minions, lts without the need to stacking. As status effects stack you can use two wormholes to apply a mag 6 stun. But that will only last as long as the shortest duration stun. So if you have a mag 3 stun last 5 seconds and a mag 3 stun lasting 3 seconds, it will only be a mag 6 stun for 3 seconds and then it will drop back to a mag 3.

To my knowledge there isn't a way to increase the magnitude of status effects like stun.

I'm not referring to the stun, but rather the TP.

I'm no expert, but I'll take a stab at it.

Browsing the CoD info I see that wormhole provides a TP mag of 4.1 while TP foe pool power is 2.1. Paragonwiki then lists teleport as a status effect.

My guess is then that those numbers are the magnitude ratings of the powers. So if they're equivalent to those for control powers, that means that WH can tp anything with 4 or less mag resistance (bosses and lower) while TP foe is only going to get targets with 2 or less (lieus and mins). I'm basing that off of the mag resistance table from Paragonwiki

Now, what mag resist do things like mitos have, idk exactly. And I'm not sure if the power analyzer will show them to you or not.

I can WH almost anything in this game except for AVs/Elites/Giant Monsters. I think even some elites are WHable.

After WH, they may not get stunned because the stun is only mag 3 unless I am in domination.


What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.

4.1 Mag is enough to TP Elite Bosses and lower. Unless they have extra protection.

Only time I've seen wormhole work against Hami was mission 4 of LGTF since it's a weakened Hami.

Green and Blue Mito could be warped out of the goo, rikti pylons could be warped around, yellows and hami though seemed to resist.

With regard to those... I am under the impression that they NEVER are TP-able in the regular game environment outside of glitches or exploits (though I know of neither atm).

AVs, in my experience, never get TPed, but have been hit by the other effects of WH. Most any entity that is physically bigger than a standard NPC will not be moved either (GMs, etc.).

this is why I'm curious as to whether the TP can be stacked from multiple casters

If I'm not mistaken, "instant" status effects (tp, kb/d/u) have a stackable "window duration" of 4 seconds (though I'm likely using the wrong term). In other words, if I attempt to WH someone, and another player attempts to WH the same target within the 4-second window, the effects stack. I've seen this apparently work fairly consistently with knockback/down/up attacks, but am not sure if it applies to tp.

Yeah I've seen that with knockback/up/down before. Guess I'll have to test this out sometime.

Hmm. Would that turn Bonfire into a Knockdown, or does that mean you'd have to stack a bunch of .67 mag knockbacks to knockdown an AV?

I often thought that when I try to wormhole mobs that are quite purple in con, they are not teleported. (They are stunned but not teleported, and I don't get "missed".)

Could someone confirm or refute this? I can't remember what mobs it was I was fighting in that situation. It could be some teleport resistance mob, or I was drunk when that notion formed in my head. :P
