There's a few "professional" PvPers around, but I suspect you'll be more likely to find the experimental kind.

There's a couple regulars from Korea in RV that don't do much, but are consistantly there. Unfortunately, nearly all of Virtue's better PvP'ers left within the past two issues.
If you really want to PvP here, by all means do so, but I'd recommend just leveling a character rather than spending the money to transfer.
Also, "fiteclub" and "experienced/decent PvPers" tend not to go together. Usually the best PvPers I've seen avoid fiteclub rules like the plague. In many non-fiteclub settings (1 on 1 in arena, 10 minutes, tier 1 insps), the best PvPers tend to dominate over fiteclub regulars while in the inverse setting, the fiteclubbers still end up getting beat by non-fiteclubbers.

You might try Freedom. I hear (though I don't play over there, so I don't know) that PvP is livelier over there.

As you were told there's usually a half a dozen or so in RV ( sometimes lots more, sometimes a little less) and if the zone PvP gets slow, many are happy to 1 v 1 to kill time. The maturity level of the players is quite noticable compared to Freedum. From time to time you may get idiots and trolls on broadcast after their ego has been bruised, but those guys usually just hate to die and eventually go back to their precious controlled arena where they can be a Good PvPers again, lol.

Is that what it's called now? I used to get accused of it alot. ALTHOUGH, ALTHOUGH....I found that some of the strongest voices calling me a schecking-***** were individuals who had TRIED to scheck me and failed cause...well I didn't...

That was almost like what Haet told me. I mean, minus the PvP aspect of it. Apparently some "chick" was pushing him hard to ERP with him and wouldn't leave him alone.
So, in short, he agrees and goes with her somewhere private where he then goes:

quits the team and moves along HAHAHAHA. Awesome.

If you're going to PvP in any MMOG and you don't care for such people, then you need to figure out in advance how you are going to keep them from bothering you. Turning off broadcast and all other enemy chat filters out 99% of the garbage that gets hurled my way.
