Care to have a little more?
That was in a recent thread I think, but I still want to try this now.

Still not as good as my Moon Waffles...

oh my god you would die if you tried to eat that thing by yourself
How about this then? Saw this on a TV show the other night -
That, my friends, is a 7 lb. breakfast burrito smothered in cheese and topped with chili, I could take one right about now as a matter of fact. Doesn't it look awesome?
DUDE!
That's a Frat House "Morning After" Cure!
I've seen that, or rather something similar at a local frat house.
I had to assist in making it, as it was my friends' turn to make breakfast, but was too hung-over to do it all himself. Here is how I remember making it.
2 Pounds Ground Beef, Fried & Drained
2 Cans Hormel Chili
7 Eggs, Scrambled
2 16 oz Ham Steaks, Grilled & Chopped
16 Oz Shredded Hash Browns
2 Cups Dry Rice (Steam then Add)
1 Small Jar Chopped Garlic
1 Large Onion, Chopped
20 Oz Taco Sauce
24 Oz Shredded Colby/Cheddar Cheese Mix
8 Oz of Mozzarella for Topping/Glue Tortillas
12 Flour Tortillas layer to wrap the Beast
Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees.
Get Lasagna Pan, spray with Pam, Put 4 Tortillas on bottom, slightly overlapping, put a little Mozzarella between each overlap, make 2 Tortilla "wings" by overlapping 4 Tortillas in the same manner you made your base, tuck them under the base and 'glue' them with some cheese. Now Layer your ingredients. The recommended method is to put half your Hash Browns down first, mix your Ground Beef, Ham, Onion, Garlic and Rice together, layer that next, mix half your Colby/Cheddar Cheese and the half Taco Sauce with the Scrambled Eggs, then layer that, Cover With 2 Cans of Chili, then add the remaining Hash Browns, and a handful of Colby/Cheddar Cheese, fold the 'wings' up to wrap it, pour the remaining Taco Sauce over the Tortillas and cover with Mozzarella then all remaining Colby/Cheddar Mix, and sprinkle with Cilantro, Oregano and Parsley on top. Bake in Oven at 350 Degrees for 45 Minutes.
It was actually pretty damned good.

I'd rather have something like this.
I wish there was more call for stuff that DOESN'T have bacon in the ingredients. I'm not a vegetarian, but I do love vegetarian food. I have a Totally Meatless Lasagna that is usually a big hit. But, somehow I feel it would be ill received by this community.
Savages.

I was thinking something similar- if people eat these things that are posted, this must be the Fat Server.
I'd rather have something like this. |
We prefer to be called the Maximum Weight server
That looks absolutely, disgustingly delicious.
Where are the fries made in duck fat?
Upsen.
That's pretty nasty looking...
And bacon is nasty too...

Alright I'm turning off rep...
My statement still stands though, bacon sucks.

I made some home made barbecue sauce on Friday, then used that sauce to cook a pork shoulder ... The sauce and pork sat in the oven at 300 for about 4 hours ... The pork was falling apart as I tried to get it out of the pan. It was so awesome and spicey.

Homemade spicy barbecue sauce?
Recipe please? >.>
For you Americans ....
2 quarts of Tomato Sauce (or Kechup)
2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
1/8 cup Salt
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Garlic Powder (or Minced Garlic)
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
1 tablespoon Cayenne
1 tablespoon Celery Seed (ground)
Mix it all together in a nice large pot along with 1 onion briskly chopped (so real large chunks)
After about 30 minutes of cooking (highish heat), cut the sauce with a bottle of your favourite beer (12floz approx), water or cola (for a sweeter taste). Cook on highish heat until the onions break down.
Add more/less Cayenne/Chilli to taste.
Makes approximately 3 quarts of sauce.
Edit: Cook for longer to make a thicker sauce.
