How do you get help for in-game issues?

I have tried last night and again today to do a "Support Ticket" about an in game issue I am having.

I just started playing this game about 4-5 days ago. I have a level 14 tanker on the Victory server.

EVERY time I log out of the game to quit, and subsequently log back in at a later time, I have Exp Debt. (EVERY TIME!!) This is getting beyond annoying to have to make up experience over and over again. I am not starting up in the hospital, I am starting up exactly where I logged out.

I usually do the "quit now" and not wait the 30 seconds, but I have done the 30 second wait as well. And I don't think I have logged out to log right back in to test it, although I don't think I want to either. I even had a friend watch me for the 30 seconds while I logged out and when I came back on later that evening, sure enough, I had exp debt again.

What could I possibly be doing wrong?

I have yet to get a response, that I am aware of, from the Support Ticket, so maybe someone here might be able to steer me in the right direction.

Does the "debt" show up as blue? If so, that's not debt, that's patrol XP. You get an XP bonus for it, not a penalty.

Are you sure you had Debt and not Patrol xp? Patrol xp looks similar in color to Debt especially if you have some forms of color blindness. I think patrol xp will be more bluish and debt more reddish normally. Try mousing over the HP/End bar, that will tell you if you have debt or patrol xp and such.

If you do have debt when logging in when you had none previously, then you are doing the right thing /bugging it.

You are probably right. It appears the same as debt to me, not colorblind, just didn't know about the Patrol Experience. I'll check it next time I am in game. But it certainly makes sense, because the longer I am logged out, the bigger the "debt" appears to be.

To double check, right click on your experience bar. It will show you a bunch of numbers including Patrol XP and Debt.

I hate the debt and patrol bars, all the colors are too similar for a severely R/G colorblind person like myself. I always have to use the mouseover or right-click tip on my XP bar to check.

They changed the colors recently specifically to help with colorblindness. If you are still unable to tell the difference between the colors, you may want to let the devs know.

This is hardly a necro-post. It's still within the first two weeks, much less month, of the last posting!

I've looked at the new bars with vischeck.com and the patrol xp was indeed changed and can be distinguished from regular xp for those with deuteranopic, protanopic, or tritanopic colorblindness.

Of course, be distinguishable and be easy to read are not necessarily the same thing.
