Have seen quite a few NA people too, just go look at the members list at whose online and guarantee you'll see a few.

Umbral got NA added. That is the most common poster that I've noticed(course it helps I spend a lot of my time in Scrapper forums).
I like the EU addition. So's I know which posts to read with a hawt accent...

1) There is no seperation of accents. They's either hawt or not.
